The Fujinon HA25x16.5BERD-F18 HD Lens with Servo & DiGIPOWERfrom Fujinon HA25x16.5BERD-F18 HD Lens with Servo & DiGIPOWERis a 16.5-413mm servo zoom lens designed to provide HD-compatible images. This ENG-style lens has a 25x zoom ratio, and its integrated 2x extender effectively doubles the focal range to 33-826mm.

This lens has been updated with the latest digital servo drive that features enhanced FIZ performance for sporting events and large arenas and venues. An internal focus design minimizes the effects of lens breathing, and a focus/zoom servo is included. The HA25x16.5BERD-F18 incorporates DiGIPOWER 16-bit encoders for compatibility with virtual systems, and its QuickZoom feature enables a one-push zoom-in for focus checking. It is compatible with the separately available Extender Remote.

[25x] Yes, if fits the 35mm 1.4 and is a good alternative if you lost or broke (my case) the 35mm 1.4 original lens hood. There is no way you can find an original replacement for that lens, so if you want one the 18mm lens hood is the only original option. Only one warning: the lens hood front is smaller (a little bit), so the 35mm 1.4 lens hood cap won't work with the 18mm hood. 5

[f/2.8 to 4] I had tried all the lower cost versions of a 1/3 to 2/3 lens adapter. They are junk and do not work. I have successfully used the Fujinon ACM-17 with 33X Canon and 42X Fujinon long lenses. No issues with mounting, focus and back focus. Highly recommend if you can get one. 5

[2/3" (16:9)] As the other review says this Fujinon adapter works perfectly. I tried every other lower cost adapter and all were complete failures. I have used this on many JVC 1/3 cameras successfully with Canon 33x SD and the Fujinon 42x HD long lense. No issues. I was lucky to buy it from a friend who no longer has 1/3 cameras. This item has been back Ordered for over 1 year. I don't think it will ever be available again.Most likely discontinued. 5

[2x] This lens is a huge value. It's sharp, it's versatile, and it comes at a great price point. We have it on a Sony 1500 running 1080i 59.94 and are very pleased. Rarely have to engage the doubler but so glad it's there. Highly recommend this lens with the MS-01 controls. 5

[f/2.8 to 4] As a documentary cinematographer, I'm always on the lookout for the ideal lens that can handle any situation. Traveling light is essential since we typically operate with a small crew. Previously, I used the Canon 15.5-47mm and 30-105mm lenses and often found myself stressed about selecting the most suitable lens for unpredictable documentary scenes. [2x] After a squeeze of the blower bulb these lens pens (Fuji branded or otherwise, they're equally excellent) clean pretty much anything off a modern coating without damage. Put a little gentle effort in and you'll polish your optics to a shine. 5
