Use this Godox S60BI LED Light for Photography and Videofrom Godox S60BI LED Light for Photography and Videofor when you require variable beam spread backed by control and power options. The light has an expansive beam spread from 6 to 55 degrees so you can use it as an accent light, a hair light, a long throw fixture, or a selective lighting tool. At 55 degrees, it is easy to fill a silk or light a group. The included barndoors allow you to further shape the light.

Since you can adjust the color temperature from daylight to tungsten as needed, this fixture is a versatile option for indoor or outdoor shooting, and dimmable from 0-100%. You can make these adjustments locally on the fixture, from a console via onboard DMX, wirelessly with a smartphone app, or with an optional remote controller that has a range of 164'. The S60BI is ready for worldwide use thanks to its 100 to 240V power supply, but you can also run it via its controller's V-mount battery plate when AC power is unavailable.

Unfortunately we do not have a proper testing conditions at the moment, but will be happy to provide the following information from the manufacture : at 5600K Bare light emits 12 900 lux/ 1200 foot candle at 1meter , 3 300 lux/310 foot candles at 3 meters, 1650lux/150 foot candles at 3 meters. With reflector attached at 1 meter 99 300 lux/9100 foot candles, at 2 meters 20000 lux/1900 foot candles, at 3 meters 8 800 lux/800 foot candles. Regarding the camera setting it could vary due to different sensors in camera and ISO sensitivity as well as the choice of the lens.

[2.4 GHz] Had my previous light controller stop working with V-Mounts after years of intense use in remote locations. The new one came and I was able to instantly, seamlessly swap out the broken unit; it allowed me to have the light on location the very same day it got delivered! Couldn't be happier! 5

[6 to 55°] Filming talking head interviews I needed a fill light and a kicker or supplemental background light and these are working great for this. Not using as a key. I could combine the two to create one larger light source but haven't had the need yet. Godox's bluetooth control works like a charm with the app. Happy with the lights for the money, great quality. 5

[1x Barndoors] This is a pretty great light for the price. Worked right out of the box and I was able to control light output via my Godox App. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the 60 that I purchased along with this one. Oh and did I mention, the light is SILENT. Great for video shooting for sure! 5

[16] A great product. Silent. No heat. Digital control over light intensity - dial in an exact percentage of the output. This provides confidence that the output is exactly where you want it. Rugged. With V-Mount batteries you're ready to venture outdoors. The Bowens mount is perfect. You'll need to buy or repurpose an existing case for travel. Get a pair. 5

[6 to 55°] I have been doing YouTube videos for 15 years. Over these years I have grown my channels to over 2 million subs. I use studio lights and a nice camera to film. For the last few years I have used an Aputure 120D and it failed last week. Would not stay on. I bought that light due to the raves but I was never happy with it. I found the quality of light to be average. When it died I was considering a $2k Rotolight set but didn't like that they had loud fans. In the past I used many LED panels from Amazon that were $200-$300 but again, quality of light was not so good. I decided to order this Godox 60 watt silent light as it can directly replace my 120d. I can use the same stand, soft box, etc. It arrived and HOLY WOW I could not believe it. Not only is this built better than the Aputure, it puts out MUCH brighter and stronger light and I no longer have dull looking videos. The color, punch and everything improved with this light. For under $200 this is a steal and I use it at around 28% for my use. It's dead silent and so well made for the money. It's a rare deal these days. If you are looking for an amazing light for interviews, talking heads, etc then get this, a stand and a soft box and you are in business. Glad I didn't spend the $2k on the other lights as this is all I need and bests my much more pricey Aputure light (which I now have tossed in the trash). Thanks B&H and Godox! 5
