The Pelican 1755 Air Case with Foam Interioris Pelican's longest air case with an interior length of 55". Made from an ultralight proprietary HPX polymer, it has press-n-pull latches and four padlock slots so you keep your contents secure. The watertight O-ring ensures your equipment stays dry in wet conditions and the automatic purge valve keeps air and dust out while maintaining the internal air pressure. Comfortably transport your case with the two-handed extra-large overmolded carrying handle and quiet-rolling, stainless steel ball-bearing wheels. This case has a protective foam interior.

A: Yes in most cases, this would be considered a carry-on case. However, it's always best to check with the airline you are flying with for their restrictions.

A: I personally wouldn't recommend it for regular large telephoto-zoom lens, like 70-200L, 200L or100-400l type sizes, plus a 6D camera body..I prefer deeper(depth cases with plenty of clearance for foam dampening-I have the 1450 for battery, Flash and misc electronic accessories... Check out slightly deeper sizes up with similar length wide dimensions...

A: Assembled, no it will not fit, you would need to disassemble the gimbal. The gimbal dimension is 23.23 x 11.54 x 10.08".

A: Yes, while you will not have a lot of room for much else a Pocket Cinema Camera 6K will fit.

Q: 6. Can this unit hold a NIKON D90 with attached 18-105MM lens, light meter and a few small things? Your thoughts.

A: I put in this case a canon 5d with 28 to 135 lens and have room left over for another lens and flash. Pelican cases rock Ive had one that has protected my lap tops from everything for 18 years. To theses cases are the best. Hope this helps

A: It will fit with the lens not attached to the camera.This one will work with the lens attached to the camera, Pelican 1200 Case with Foam (Black) B&H # PE1200FB MFR # 1200-000-110.

A: Yes it will fit very nicely.

Q: 9. Will this case be able to hold a NIKON D610 with a battery grip connected? Not interested if the camera and grip has to be put on its side or upside down Please help. Thanks

A: I wouldnt recommend the height of this case to house a Nikon D610 + battery grip because the Nikon would be 4.4 high and then adding the battery grip I was looking at it is 1.8 for a total of 6.2 leaving hardly and room in the 1520 case. It is only 6.7-8 wide to fit inside.Robert

[Latch] Perfect! Right amount of space, lighter than the protector cases that I have, absolutely no complaints. I travel a lot and airlines have damaged my luggage. I have only used Pelican cases for the past 9 years. 5

[Black] This is the best case I've ever owned. I am a touring musician and recently had to fly coast to coast with 3 delicate synthesizers that I was very worried about putting through checked airline baggage. The case's foam housed my gear snugly and protected my equipment at an impressive level. Not one scratch or internal disruption to my equipment was found after the case was definitely slammed around by airplane travel and was also wheeled through heavy rain upon landing. It's completely waterproof and not one bit of moisture got inside. The wheels on this case are also top notch and roll effortlessly over cracked, uneven pavement. I can't recommend this case enough if you are traveling with very expensive and delicate electronics/cameras with a lot our moving parts. I was hesitant on spending the money but it has been worth every penny. 5

[Latch] I was concerned that this case would not handle the amount of gear I need to pack into it when my old case had the latch broken by airline baggage handlers. What I like about this is that it is large enough! I am constantly amazed how many things I can put into it. I am currently doing a documentary so I am flying everywhere. I have a lighting package in there...and some grippage as well. Along with 3 other cases, I am a full on production! The case itself is very light so I am not over the overweight limit for domestic travel. All good things. The latches are really nice with their thumb release and you can configure it any way you need to inside. If you are wondering if you should get one...just do it. You will not regret it. 5
