[Telephoto] Very sturdy for a tripod this size. Nicely engineered and manufactured. I can't say it's the best table top tripod in existence since it's the only one I have, but I can say it does what it's suppose to for my Sony A5100 with a Sony 18-200mm SEL1820 hanging off the front. 5
