I can hear everything and it sounds like you are "in the game". You can mute if you need to, but the mic allows others to hear you. It also is great for taking calls. The sound is crystal clear. The charge lasts nearly a full day at 22 hours. If you run out, just a 5 minute charge gets you an hour. That is amazing! You won't find a more comfortable set of headphones.

Everything is in good functional placement and the overall look is very nice. Product was packaged great as well. Sound quality is so clean and clear and voice output is also very clear to those listeners on receiving end. Comfort is another plus! The overall feeling of these is top notch very comfortable even with a few hours of use. Overall impression of the Quantum 360 is they are a high end gaming headset that has quality audio, clear speech transmission and is comfortable as well as looks really nice and built well.

[Black] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones deliver in a number of practical, easy ways whether being used for gaming or not.

The ease of connection in headphones these days is critical, and within less than a minute, these were connected to both a phone and Nintendo Switch. Pairing was simple and the ability to switch back and forth relatively effortlessly made the user experience so smooth.

Using the headset for gaming, the sound came in amazingly clear and captured both game dialogue as well as sound effects and score without featuring one over the other. Voices were clear, sound effects were crisp and the background music was rich and deep.
Switching over to music, the experience was much the same. Piano notes came in clear and loud, treble was smooth and loud and the bass had a classic "thump" characteristic which is often more of a "buzz" in lower-end headphones.

Finally, the switch to USB-C is the last feature that seems to be the most simple and obvious, but absolutely necessary. Regardless of device, it seems to be more and more common to utilize one charging cable, and being able to switch from phone to gaming and now headphones with a single cord while traveling is such a relief.

All in all, these are terrific for anyone looking at a mid-range headset, packed with a ton of features and quality that are normally found in more expensive products and designs.

What I love about these headphones is 1) The inside of the ear cups are marked (L)eft and (R)ight, so no confusion. 2) Large padded ear cups means no listening fatigue. 3) Being able to adjust how you want to listen. Meaning, more game and less talk or more talk and less game. But once you add the dongle, the listening experience explodes. You like more bass, you got it. You like it to sound flat, you got it. All done by making adjustments in the Quantum Engine. And to top it off once I got it dialed in the way I like, the sound made it seem like a live experience.

The clarity of both the mic and the receiver is top notch, and these are so user friendly as well. Playing with friends my voice comes through loud and clear…as a mater of fact I was told I sound the best in our group that plays. The dials to adjust the volume and mic volume are good they are comfortable and when you connect the usb. A nice surprise was the charging. They were able to charge so fats and efficient! I would highly recommend this product if you are a true gamer, you will not be disappointed!

[Omnidirectional] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a gamer, but use these for music, and video chats with family. These headphones are very nice. Came with charging USB C cord and wireless dongle. Microphone plugs in, so easily removed if not needed. Charged very quickly. Setup was easy and took only about 10 minutes with updates. Very comfortable on head, even when wearing eyeglasses. JBL Quantum Engine software has setup and familiarization tutorial. I like the equalizer function with presets. Battery life is up to 22 hours, haven't had to recharge yet, since I'm using with my PC, I just keep USB C cord plugged in while at desktop. The little microphone dust cover was a tad difficult to put on. Even comes with a dust cover bag to store in. I like the tutorial program over trying to read the Quick Start Guide. Hard to read with old eyes LOL. Sound quality is great, I always like JBL products, have replaced every car speaker with JBLs. I received for free, but worth the cost.

[Black] There is only word to describe this gaming headset on my PS5, "WOW"!!! I do own the Sony H9's but this JBL 910P Blows it out of the water. Crystal clear dialog w Thumping Bass. In addition living in a New York City apartment with constant noise day and night I was surprised with it's Noise Cancelation. With so many switches on the headset I'm not sure if it was even activated, however just putting the headset on for the first time canceled all the noise outside. I'm not into RGB too much but I have to say the blue lights look pretty cool. I've only owned this masterpiece for one day but there is so much for me to explore with all of it's functions. I am going to try them with my PC next for music. I'm sure they will rock.
Lastly, if you plan on ordering the 910 or 910p which is pretty much the same JBL product, there is something very important you should keep in mind, it's the dongle that comes with it. It will be wrapped in white paper. When I opened it I was like where is the second dongle? You need to pull the top part off where the arrow is to seperate the 2. I thought it was missing and contacted JBL's Excellent customer service for help. They were very helpful and polite and know their stuff.

[32 Ohms] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great sound. Love the movie theater quality. Blocks out practically all noise outside of them. This is quite possibly the best headset I've ever had. Fits great, mic works beautifully and most of all, it is easy to charge and connect to my gaming and my laptop.

[2" / 50 mm] Easy to set up and have pretty good sound considering how small they are. I can't really comment on the RGB but the reviews out there say that its pretty immersive for the games that are supported. I am a bit surprised that these speakers are still close to their MSRP, these speakers have been out for a few years now.

[20 Hz to 20 kHz] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is THE BEST gaming headset I've experienced. I have a large home theater audio system, and I prefer these, hands down!

The fit, the sound quality, the options, the looks, its all amazing.

These may look large, but they do not feel it. The muffs are soft, the band is light and the LEDs are awesome! You don't need them on, but they are fun.

The best part of these is all of the options. You can use it with any system, or anything Bluetooth enbaled. I personally use them on my XBOX which doesn't do wireless, but works great with the wire, which has a volume control right on it!

I have zero negative things to report on these, if you want them, buy them!
