A: These types of UHF frequency based systems will have the lowest latency possible when transmitting audio.

Q: 2. Is this compatible with newer Canon hot shoe for mounting receiver directly to camera for digital audio transfer?

A: No, the Sony URX-P40 Camera-Mount Wireless Receiver included with the Sony UWP-D26 Camera-Mount Wireless Combo Microphone System is not compatible for digital connection to a Canon camera. [Plug-On] I own the XP 106 and bought this as a more powerful upgrade and because the accessories will work.

I'm a travelling entertainer (magician/speaker) and this entire line of speakers has been great for me. I can set up, and run a wireless mic and music for a large crowd without the need for an outlet to plug in.

The unit it portable, with plenty of power. Definitely not light, but it has wheels.

The combo kit with the cover and stands is definitely worth it.

Excellent value for a well made workhorse of a PS system.

[1x Plug-On] I just got one of these to use in my Doom Metal Yoga class (yes, you read that right) and it has been fantastic. Easy to use, and surprisingly comfortable - I forget I'm wearing it, and the pack stays put, even in down dog.

[4 Hours ] I got this as a second mic for the XP310. It couldn't be any easier to install. Slide it in, turn the unit on, and you're good to go.

Mine had a little bit of noise, but I fixed it with the gain adjustment.

If you have a 310 or 312, this is a very affordable way to expand it's capability.
