Q: 7. Will this hood fit to the 18-55mm lens of the Nikon D5100..??

A: I have a D5300. The Vello HB-69 is a clone of the Nikon HB-69. I went to the Nikon website and looked for the list of compatible lenses. Look at the lens model number on the front of the lens. Mine says: AF-S Nikkor 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6GVRII.The Vello was suggested by the sales rep as a cheaper option at half the price. After comparing the build quality to a Nikon HB-34 I bought, I should have spent the extra $12.50 and bought the Nikon HB-69. The Vello is thinner plastic and the bayonet base has less heft.

Q: 8. Hi, which ring should I compare for the canon rf85 STM? Thanks

A: That lens appears to have a 78mm diameter. You would need BH #TITAFGR7880 instead. https://bhpho.to/3qUTKur

Q: 10. Can I use this with Bowens type flash head?

[Additional] If you shoot most of time inside a small places, you definitely should buy this product. I also have a dimmer, but dimming the light will change the temperature and also creates some noise.

[5-Year ] The scanners are not cheap. So you better cover all hardware.

[5-Year ] My printer is only a few weeks old and I have only done a few prints. This one product I hope I never have to use. But it sure is nice to know that the company will back the printer up like this.

[5-Year ] I needed to replace a lamp module after the original was damaged when a boom stand collapsed. Switching heads was very easy, with the modular parts fitting perfectly. In fact, in discovering how easy the process was, I realized that it is much easier to change lamps with the module removed than when attached to the softbox.

[Additional] This document scanner, out of the box, is ready for individual owners/users and centrally managed corporate workgroups with many users (frequent and occasional) and many scanners. It has built-in ethernet as well as USB. The included software is well thought out; the many details are organized nicely, and done so that it's straightforward for all the different target users can effectively organize their scanning activity - by type, by destination, etc. It's business-oriented, assumes you know how to use your computer, as opposed to consumer-oriented (spoon-feeding you social media and assuming *it* knows how you use your computer). The scans are fine and it works fast; the multi-page feeder will easily do a multi-page two-sided (duplex) document, and the software helps keep it all together etc. All in all, complete, comprehensive, quite good.

If there's a downside, it's that there's a lot of different software modules it installs, and I found the updates a bit confusing - didn't find them automatically, and after I went and found & downloaded the update files, when I ran them it said they were already installed, so it's not immediately clear whether what came on the DVD is in fact the most current or whether what's installed was or even needed to be updated. It's OK in the sense that the software is complete and not buggy, so I can just get on with scanning.

[Additional] This was My second DS80 printers and was bought to some extent as a backup. I had a problem with it after just a couple of months. DNP paid shipping both ways and fixed the problem promptly at No Charge. They offer to send an exchange refurbished unit next day air but I had them fix mine since it was so new. Their service is good but out of warranty is expensive. My other printer never given a problem in 1 and 1/2 years and is no longer in warranty so I was surprised to have a problem with the new one.
