A: Better ask Leica for a final answer. However, I assume the half case will fit all of the TYP 240 - 262 digital M bodies. The M10 is slimmer and so the half case would be too large on the M10.

A: The pocket inside Leica M11 Protector Case (Olive Green) is to storage an additional SD memory card. Sd card dimentions are 23mm x 31mm x 2mm. Apple airtag dimensions are 31.9 x 31.9 x 8 mm there for it wont fit in the case pocket.

A: No, the Leica M11 Handgrip would not include the fingerguard.

A: no, this case does not have an attachment for quick release or tripod accessories

A: Yes, I use it on a 262. It does cover up the mounting hole on the bottom but I seldom use it so that didn't bother me.

A: Only black finish at the moment is available.

A: Yes, it will fit.

A: Yes this in compatible with both those models.

Q: 10. Will this fit a Leica M-P Type 240?

A: Yes. The size is good fit my Leica MP 240 body. I thought this leather case is made in Germany by Leica. When I received I found out that it is made in the cheap labor country China. The quality is not bad. I got the impression that $159 is slightly expensive because it is made in China

[0.38 lb] Bought this as protection for my Leica Q3. It's an expensive item but it's protecting an expensive camera. The quality is excellent, and the fit is perfect. 5

[Leica M11] Recently getting a new M (TYP262) & the Summarit-M 50mm f/2.3 lens (and SF40 flash) in the Leica bundled kit, I knew that a hard case would make immediate sense as a means to protect my new camera and investment. Although expensive, the Leica-branded half case is superbly manufactured, fits perfectly, safely protects the camera as intended, and, gives more support when hand-holding the M camera. I know feel that my camera is easier to hold securely and won't slip out of my hand. I have always been a big fan of grips and half cases with my other camera brands owned, and I'd say the workmanship and quality the Leica half case is worth the cost. I cannot imagine using an expensive M rangefinder and Leica lens without the leather half case in place. 5

[Slip-In] This case fits the camera tightly, adding both protection and, for my largish hands, improved ergonomics. The case adds about a half inch (1 cm) to the height of the camera and slightly increases the difficulty of accessing the SD card. I found this case better than the similar case for the M10 because it fits much more tightly, providing a more secure grip on the camera whereas the M10 protector would compress under pressure. 5
