Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. The big knob locks both the ball and panning. So how do you actually pan on this thing?

A: These are not solutions. This is either a design flaw, a defect in my particular one, or misleading description. Load capacity is 8.8 lbs. But if you have to loosen the ball in order to pan smoothly, then the load capacity is more like a few ounces unless your camera/lens is perfectly balanced on the plate, which wouldn't be the case even with a lot of mirrorless combos.

Q: 2. Where is Sirui made?

A: The country of origin for the Sirui 3T-35K Table Top Tripod is China.

Q: 3. How much does the tripod weight?

A: This tripod weighs 6.7 oz.

Q: 4. Can the Leica lens cap be used without removing this hood?

A: Yes, you will be able to add a lens cap without removing the Leica Round Lens Hood Q (Aluminum, Black).

Q: 5. How many watts of output? I don't understand 700 mA. Thanks.

A: 8.4 Watts CORRECTION of my earlier answer;!! I just spoke to Kramer and the unit is 12 Volts, so its .700 v 12V = 8.4 Watts

Q: 6. Does this lens hood offer easier manipulation of a circular polarizer compared to the regular square lens hood?

A: Yes. When using the Leica Round Lens Hood Q and a polarizer, you would attach the polarizer to the lens first and the hood attaches to the front of the polarizer. Then when you rotate the hood, you can change the polarization.

Q: 7. The description says it supports up to 2.2lbs but I purchased it and the instructions say up to 1.4lbs. Which is it?

A: I am sorry to hear that. Even the manufacturer's website for Manfrotto PIXI Mini Table Top Tripod (Black) BH #MAMTPIXIB • MFR #MTPIXI-B says it supports upto 2.2lbs. https://bit.ly/3vRcKy6.

Q: 8. Is the photo of the product accurate? The way it is threaded looks like it attaches to the lens just like supplied square hood.

A: The Leica Round Lens Hood Q (Aluminum, Black) is a screw on hood and attaches to the lens from the filter threads.

Q: 9. can this be hand carried in the airport or plane?

A: This is a very small tripod. 7.3 long when folded. One would need to consult with the particular airline if it is acceptable to bring it onto the plane

Q: 10. Can this new hood be used with a 49mm UV protection filter?

A: The Leica Round Lens Hood Q (Aluminum, Black) fits lenses with 49mm threads, and as such would also fit filters with standard 49mm front threads.

[Black] I purchased this Table Box Cover as a solution in routing a CAT5 cable from the basement to the first floor. It worked perfectly. The device is of high quality and looks great. I would definitely purchase another one in the future if I should ever need to do something similar. Highly recommended.

[Black] Seems to be heavy duty. Works well. However, make sure that the clamp opening is big enough for your application. And -- beware that the box it comes in says 237 (which has the small mic stand fitting), and not 237B, but the 237B was inside.

[Black] I am very satisfied with this product. It is just a table on a stand, but it is designed (or so it seems) to be unusually adjustable (in terms of height) and doesn't seem to get in the way with bulking hardware. Note that it does not tilt, if you require that feature for uneven and changing stages. I think this is best suited for studio applications, which is what I am using it for.

[Black] I was in need of adding a SAS drives to the Mac Pro and this is the only reasonable priced option that works out of the box with macOS.

[Black] Killer quality and sound. It definitely widens the stereo field a bit. The transformer button wont be for everyone. I tried it on the 2 track and didnt like it, but gave it a go on the bass buss and yeah dude big time.

[Black] Tough and solid. Compact and clean. Over the years the newer-model pre-amps just keep getting better and better. Consistent channel-to-channel quality. Will I be purchasing Mackie in the near future? Is the Pope ... well, you know the rest.

[Black] I purchased this in order to mount a microphone to the 'book table' of a music stand. This clamp is very sturdy. it clamps tightly to the thin metal 'table' and holds the microphone very securely. This is a suitable and inexpensive solution for our needs.

[Black] I own a small home studio and I'm in the process of completing acoustic treatment in the room. I decided to mount a distant ribbon mic high in the far corner of the room. To tame frequencies in that corner I built a 1' X 1' X 2 acoustic panel with 703 insulation, a wood frame and FR701 fabric. Rather than hang this panel I wanted to do a rigid mount from the ceiling. I had a number of Matthews MicroGrip arms and clamps but I needed two mounts: one for the ceiling and one for the back of the panel. The CAMVATE Mounts are a lifesaver! They allowed me to do the rigid mount that I envisioned. Of course you can't do pull ups on this, but the MicroGrip hardware allows me to angle and articulate the exact placement of the panel in a solid manner.
