Q: 1. Can this be used with the FX9?

A: Yes, the Tokina PL to Sony E Mount 1.6X Expander is compatible with Full-Frame E-Mount Sony cameras like the Sony FX9.

Q: 2. will this Tokina PL to PL Mount 1.6X expander work whit sigma cine zooms 18-35mm and 50-100mm?

A: Tokina has not made a list of compatible lenses. Supplied with the expander is a gauge so you can check before hand. If you have the lenses, but not the Expander, you can measure 20mm from the tip of the lens to the flange. If longer, no, you cannot use the Expander. If shorter, yes, you can use the Expander. They do say that most PL Zooms such as the ones you are asking about will fit while many PL Primes will not.

Q: 3. How does the module attach to the camera? Will it work if I have the tilta komodo camera cage on?

A: There is a ¼-20 and 3/8-16 captive mounting screw at the bottom of the Expander that attaches to the bottom of the RED Komodo. The Expander Module will be able to attach to the 1/4-20 thread underneath the Tilta cage but won't be secured through the Expander's 3/8-26 screw.

Q: 4. I have a Sony fx9 will this work with a Canon 25-250mm lens on this camera?

A: You will need the Tokina PL to Sony E Mount version. Also, this expander only covers Super35 format. You will need to set the sensor scan mode to S35 (Super35).

Q: 5. Will this extender work on the Fujinon Cabrio 85-300?

A: The Tokino 1.6x Expander is compatible with PL mount lenses that have a clearance of less than 20mm from the PL mount tabs to the tip of the PL cone. It would be best to contact Fujinon at https://fujinoncinelens.com/contact/ The adapter includes a Clearance Check tool and is compatible with most Super35 or Super16 PL mount lenses that are 32mm and longer as well as most zoom lenses.

Q: 6. Is this compatible with Arri Alura 45-250?

A: This adapter works with Super 35 format-compatible PL lenses. The Arri Alura 45-250 has a PL Mount and covers a Super 35mm sensor. That lens will work with this adapter, however the camera being uses is important as well. This adapter is designed to work with Full Frame PL mount Cameras with a 6-8K sensor.

Q: 7. Can this expander safely be used on Zeiss super speeds? Specifically the 18/25/35mm which have deep rear elements.

A: This adapter is for Super 35 format-compatible PL lenses to be used on Full Frame PL-mount cameras that are 6K to 8K in resolution. It performs best when used with lenses with a T2.0 or larger aperture and when stopped down to T2.8 or less.

Q: 8. Are these compatible with Atlas anamorphic's A-set?

A: The Tokina PL to PL Mount 1.6X Expander is meant for scaling super35mm lenses to the larger full-frame sensor size of PL full-frame cameras, but the Atlas Orion Anamorphic Cine Lens set is full-frame and compatible with full-frame PL cinema cameras so no adapter is needed.

Q: 10. what if I use this with super 16 lenses and an MFT imager or super 35 imager?

A: The Tokina PL to PL Mount 1.6X Expander is for Super35 format PL lenses with full-frame 6-8K HD PL-mount cameras. There is no information as to use with other lenses.

[Download] Timeless 3 has replaced my sound toys echo boy after so many years! Timeless 3 is very easy to use and sounds great! I was on the fence for a while as Echoboy is a very tough contender but it just doesnt have the features of this todays sound! give it a try ! 5

[Download] This compressor is exactly what I was looking for. Transparent, smooth, and powerful. The double-knee system is unique and sounds terrific. The auto-attack & release are so good I never turn them off. Lastly, the ability to add subtle harmonics to the output gain adds that little bit of glisten. 5

[Download] Reference has breathed new life into my Sony MDR-V6's which have been faithfully serving me for more than 10 years. The only qualm I've had with the Sony's are an apparent sibilance, even if it can be pleasant at times. Reference improves that problem (including an issue with bass) to flatten the response. This has helped immensely with mixing, but has also made general listening more enjoyable and less fatiguing. SONARWORKS has reviewed lots of headphones and rated them based on their before and after calibration performance, so if you're on the market for new headphones, that might be a good starting point for reference. They also offer an additional service for individual calibration which requires sending your headphones in so they can produce a personal profile for your headphones, as opposed to using the general profiles included with the software (you can also purchase a new pre-calibrated pair from them). That's all of course if you're looking for some kind of edge and really find yourself doing a great deal of work on headphones; it could certainly be worth the extra cost particularly for mastering headphones. Pairing this software with something like CanOpener (to simulate monitor crossfeed) will put you pretty close to a solid monitor mixing environment, so this is incredible software particularly for compact or mobile headphone-centric setups, or as a compliment to a studio setup that utilizes headphones in any critical way. Looking forward to using it with new headphones when the time comes. Highly recommended. Be sure to check the full headphone compatibility list to be sure they at least have a general profile for your particular model. 5
