Use this 7artisans 85mm T2.0 Spectrum Prime Cine Lens Z Mountfrom 7artisans 85mm T2.0 Spectrum Prime Cine Lens Z Mounton your full-frame, Z mount camera to achieve sharp, high-quality images. A maximum aperture of T2.0 and a lens construction of 9 elements in 8 groups with 10 iris blades create a smooth, circular bokeh with minimal focus breathing.

The lens has a 28.4° angle of view and 0.8Mod cinema-standard gears on the focus and iris for intuitive manual controls. Focus distance and iris marks are positioned on both sides of the lens in meters and feet. The 85mm focal length has a minimum focus distance of 2.6'. An 82mm filter thread allows you to attach filters of your choosing to further customize the light quality and effects of the lens.

A: The 7artisans Photoelectric 50mm T2.0 Spectrum Prime Cine Lens (L Mount) is 82mm in diameter at the front of the lens, so you could use Tilta Mirage Matte Box with this lens since the Mirage comes with a 82mm adapter.

A: Yes, this will work with the D3300 which has an F Mount.

Q: 4. The specs say this lens accepts an 82mm filter. The photos show a large front element that extends past the front of the metal. How does the filter attachment work with the protruding lens?

A: A 82mm filter would screw into the circular lens hood itself. It does not mount on the lens itself. (No filter can mount in the also included Lotus-style lens hood.)

A: In Super35 mode, the Viltrox 20mm will be more like a 30mm.

[85mm] I bought the 35 and 50mm Spectrum full frame primes and I'll likely be rounding out the set after seeing them in action on my Lumix S5. They're sharp but not clinical, and they intercut almost perfectly with my go-to run and gun lens, the Contax Zeiss 28-85 zoom. Soft, natural flares when shooting directly into a light source. They're cheap from a price perspective, but certainly not in build quality -- they're built like tanks. 5

[82 mm] The lens came on time. Price is unbeatable for starting out cine lens. Fits my BMCC 6K FF perfectly. Packaging was very nice, the quality of the lens is nice and heavy. I will be using this a lot. Very happy and satisfied! 5

[Nikon Z] I purchased a trio (24, 35, 85) L mounts, as a test for Lumix full frames before jumping to Red ecosystem. This was really great for moving me into cinema lenses and learning to smoothly focus as a 1 person shooter in most cases. I LOVE the 85mm, and even though we primarily use Canon CNE primes and the 30-105mm, Im not afraid to mix in the 85 mounted on a S1H at 6K for a 3rd shot angle..extremely pleased 5

[Nikon Z] Excellent metal build quality on this lens. Use this on my Red Komodo and it does vignette a little in the corners when shooting at 6K, but it is acceptable. Aperture and focus rings move smoothly, although a little stiff at the moment but this should probably loosen up a bit. Definitely better than being too loose! Picture quality is excellent. Great for video. Would definitely recommend this lens for APSC and super 35 sensors, and even the Komodo sensor which is a little wider than super 35. 5
