Add an ultra-bright monitor to your production rig with the SmallHD ULTRA 5 Bright Touchscreen Monitor, which features a 3000 bright cd/m² display for viewing in just about any indoor or outdoor environment. The 5" 1920 x 1080 touchscreen LCD provides a sharp image and 10-bit 4:2:2 Rec. 709 color processing, ideal for focus pulling and image analysis on set and in the field.

The ULTRA 5 features HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs, and it also features physical buttons for use in conditions that might require gloves. It can also be used to control your camera, features a 5-pin USB port for optional RED camera control, and has an Ethernet port for optional ARRI and Sony VENICE camera control. All the functionality of the monitor is available via PageOS 5, which provides advanced functionality with a simple and efficient graphical user interface.

[9.5 x 7 x 2.5"] This is overall a fantastic monitor. I found it to be totally usable outdoors without a sunhood - just don't expect it to compete with the glare from direct sun hitting the screen. It's worth noting that this monitor is significantly heavier than the 702 Bright and not as ideal for smaller setups. 5

[9.5 x 7 x 2.5"] The screen on the 702 Touch has a slightly wider gamut and I like the touch screen but switched this for 2 reason. More power efficient and can show 2 inputs at once. For setting up and checking on multiple cameras this has been amazing. Set up a button for SDI 1 and SDI 2 and multi view. Then I can quickly jump to one input or another or both. Makes setting up an interview easy and also great for just keeping an eye on multiple cameras. 5

[Aluminum] The price was bit much but since it's a tool I use every time I shoot it's worth the investment for top quality gear. This monitor is so much brighter than any other monitor I have ever used. I think this is my 4th smallhd monitor and by far it's the best. Evenin bright sunlight I could see everything- wow! 5

[443 ppi] I love these monitors! I use them with my Z-Cam E-2 for pulling focus when on a gimbal. As well as a directors monitor for clients. Great entry to wireless video. Almost no latency between these monitors. 5

[1.985 lb] This is the best field monitor period!. I own the ATOMOS Shogun Inferno (1500nits) and its a recorder, but the image quality and the 2200 nits of the 7¨Small HD are...incredible, the OS works like a dream. If you are looking for a field monitor, this is the one. 5

[1920 x 1080] Love the cross compatibility features as well. Really don't love the nonstandard Phillips slots on the GM plate. Soft metal and very easy to strip out. 5
