A: To activate the LED light on the Carson PO-55 5x MiniBrite Pocket Magnifier, you may slide down the protective sleeve until you hear a click, which will reveal the lens and activate the LED light. If you do not want to use the LED light, you can slide the protective sleeve down, but do not click the unit into place or expose the LED light.
