[Gobi Tan/Beige] I bought this shoulder pad to put on a leather Ipad messenger bag that I carry daily. The bag does not have a pad on the strap. I don't wear the bag across my body and the strap kept slipping off of my shoulder. This pad keeps the strap from slipping and it's comfortable. It is exactly what I was looking for. 5

[Gobi Tan/Beige] I purchased this strap for my L2 Alice bag. Normal setup is Nikon F2A, 35 and 105 lenses weighing in at 64 oz. The strap greatly improves carry comfort. May be a bit pricey, but with Billingham, you get what you pay for. 5

[Gobi Tan/Beige] Just bought the BiLLINGHAM SP15 leather shoulder pad because I had purchased a very expensive back pack from another manufacturer, but it was lacking a shoulder pad. The Billingham SP15 was a perfect match because it was a nice upgrade for the backpack and it was super comfortable. One of the big plusses was that the pad has a neoprene strip on the underside and it prevents the shoulder strap from slipping off your shoulder. This was big advantage. 5
