Useful for lighting your next interview, product, or portrait shoot, this Godox VL300II 320W Daylight LED Monolightfrom Godox VL300II 320W Daylight LED Monolightoffers power, light intensity, and modifier compatibility options for quality image creation. The 320W light has a controller/power supply that is separate from the fixture to facilitate convection cooling of the LEDs and allow easy placement overhead, especially since the controller has a V-mount battery plate.

The daylight-balanced LEDs feature CRI and TLCI ratings of 96 to indicate superior color reproduction and are dimmable from 0 to 100%. You can make light intensity adjustments locally on the fixture, and it has a built-in 32-channel, 16-group receiver that will accept wireless commands from an optional RC-A6 2.4 GHz remote control. You can also control the fixture wirelessly via Bluetooth from your phone with the Godox app.

The light features a Bowens front accessory mount so you can use Godox modifiers and also those made by the many other manufacturers that use this popular mount. The light is ready for worldwide use thanks to its 100 to 240 VAC power supply but it will also run on a V-mount battery when AC current is unavailable. Finally, as an added bonus, Godox provides eight lighting effects to add realism and a personal perspective to your shoot.

[Yes] Had two of these already and use them regularly for photo and video. Consistent, even power, flexible options for modifiers (especially love the fresnel attachment) and many more possibilities than the already great Godox offerings if you swap in a godox speed ring, mount for Sony batteries, light and compact. Only minor criticism is the single screw on the mount can sometimes loosen from the light itself. Has never unscrewed completely but made me a little nervous so I added some loktite to the threads which keeps it securely screwed. 5

[Yes] I shoot marathons, triathlons, 5ks, tough mudders and the like. Some of these events start prior to sunrise. Most race photographers will use a speedlite before sunrise. They will be hampered by slow focusing and slow recycling of any speedlite. With the fv200 I can turn on the model light for quick focus and then flash the led at 10 frames per second with no recycle time. The only con is the unit is bulky with lightstand and power station atttached. But you can shoot 1000s of images while others shooting with speedlites will be likely to manage maybe a couple hundred images. 5

[5600K +/- 200K] I have been using the SL60 LED lights from Godox but these are so much better. Not that the SL 60 is bad it is very good for the money. You pay more for the ML60 but you get a smaller quieter unit and the option to use battery power. 5
