Vienna Symphonic Library Synchron Percussion III Virtual Instrumentis a virtual instrument with a library that captures a wide variety of instruments and effects, such as car horns, whistles, and birdcalls, as well as Latin percussion instruments with MIDI loops. The instruments were masterfully played in Synchron Stage A, Vienna—one of world's best-sounding scoring stages—at their designated positions onstage.

Powered by the included Vienna Synchron Player, this 11.3GB Standard Library comprises more than 27,252 samples, which provide a large assortment of realistic timbres and articulations. Engineers employed four separate phase-coherent microphone configurations, recorded simultaneously with every nuanced detail to provide a broad range of room-sound options. Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Would this flash work for a canon EOS rebel t3i?

A: It will work with the Rebel but it is a manual flash, you need to set its power level, and it will not communicate with the camera using ttl syncing etc like a Canon model flash will. If you want something that is fully automatic you need to look for a flash that does support Canon's ttl. Either Canon's own or 3rd party models for Canon TTL. However, the YN560 is very cost effective for what it does.

Q: 2. Will this work with 70d

A: Don't know for sure but I would assume so if you get the Canon version.

Q: 3. Does this work with the Sony RX 10 III? As well as the Yongnuo wireless flash trigger?

A: It is not designed for Sony so it would not be reliable as the Sony shoe is designed differently

Q: 4. Can you change the flash duration? On Yongnuos sight it says it can be between 1/200 and 1/20000 second.

A: I cannot find a function that allows you to change the duration of the flash. I'd be surprised if it did that for $59.00

Q: 5. will this workf or a d810?

A: Sorry, do not know.

Q: 6. Will it fit Canon 40D or Canon 5D?

A: it will work optically but the TTL is nikon specific great for fill light

Q: 7. Can this flash be controlled from camera menu (Canon 5D-III) using a pair of YN622C-II transcievers?

A: No, to remote-control the flash you will need the YN-560-TX transmitter. The TX units remote controls flash output and zoom head.

Q: 8. does this purchase come with the wireless trigger?

A: Sorry, no. You will need a wireless transmitter like this: Yongnuo YN560-TX II Manual Flash Controller for Canon Cameras B&H # YOYN560TXIIC

Q: 9. I want to purchase a compatible lav mic for this unit. What are the requirements to connect a lav mic to the wireless transmitter besides "3-pin mini XLR"? Any other special requirements?

A: No special requirements are need just a simple plug and play of the xlr cable. Here is a link to compatible lava mics to be used with system. https://bhpho.to/30qcQAo

Q: 10. Will it work on d7100

A: The Yongnuo YN-56-III is manually (only) adjustable flash and will therefore work with any camera that with a standard hot-shoe. All Canon and Nikon DSLR's including the D7100 will trigger the flash when mounted to the hot-shoe. The real strength of the YN560-III flash is the ability to be remote triggered and adjusted (off camera) by a YN-560-TX transmitter (mounted on the hot shoe). Up to 6 YN-560-III or IV units can be controlled this way (flash intensity and zoom head). This works great for a portable studio setup.

[27,252] Works well standalone, and also integrates with Omnisphere quite well (nice to have a bunch of new patches for this integration for immediate use). Fantastic acoustic / electric pianos and it's great to have all of the vintage and rate mechanical / bell / tine keys for unique sounds.

[11.3 GB] I own many piano libraries as well as a real Steinway B so I was not expecting Keyscape to be as good as it is. I have not had time to explore much beyond the Rhodes and Yamaha C7 sounds but those are excellent and have easily replaced other libraries for me. The sounds work very well in my mixes. It does take a fairly hefty computer with an SSD, however, to run.

[11.3 GB] It's not a big sample library but the bell tones are excellent! I could not find a comparable library for this type of bell sound from the other big name sample library companies, so this fills a niche missed by others.

[Download] a great closely MICed string ensemble. great for small orchestra work. Definetly a learning curve to figure things out, but rewards when you do.

[Yes] The Synchron interface is SO much easier to use (than the former Vienna Symphonic Instruments plugin). Sound quality and playability are impeccable.

[27,252] It's worth it for the stunning acoustic and electric pianos alone (each of which would cost far more than this entire collection), but it's really nice for producers to have even more unique sounds of rare and exotic instruments (with bells, tines, and plucked sounds), all with great FX. And as if that's not enough, those of us with Spectrasonics Omnisphere enjoy the integration into that VST with a horde of already crafted patches that meld the two.

[Yes] Lots of articulations that play well together. I also find the synchron player easier/faster to use than Vienna's older Vienna Instrument player or Kontakt based sample sets.

[Standard] This program was a long time coming. I had been an owner of one of the original mid 1960s Compact Combos for many years, until things started to break down. And of course, next to impossible to find parts. Or people that are able and willing to repair them. Some of the modern keyboards do have some of the Farfisa sounds, but in reality, only a small amount of them(like maybe 2 or 3 of them). In reality, there is more of a diverse amount of tones that the Farfisa produced. Even resorted to buying one of the Electro-Harmonix C9 organ emulator pedals, but that still wasn't enough of these particular kinds of tone for me. Then Arturia started coming out with these new virtual instrument programs. The dealers that I normally buy from carried the similar type of Vox Continental program(which would have probably worked fine, and would have settled for it) but knowing that the Farfisa program was also being made, I had to search to see who carried it. No regrets here. All the sounds that I was familiar with, and where they were situated on the virtual keyboard screen. What was interesting that they had the option of effects pedals in this program......and I would always run my Farfisa through a Phase Shifter and/or a Flanger when I had it. Also learned a few things that I did not know about my original instrument. There used to be this one controller that stuck out of the bottom, that you controlled with your knee. When I bought my original Farfisa(used, back in the mid-70s), that knee controller was missing, and it was something I never noticed. So, a bit more historical and technical information on the instrument you played regularly---but didn't know about. It's easy to get a keyboard that has the piano, Rhodes, and Hammond sounds, to name a few......but nobody seemed to get the Farfisa sounds right. Until now. Great timing, on the part of Arturia!

[27,252] Lots of articulations that play well together. I also find the synchron player easier/faster to use than Vienna's older Vienna Instrument player or Kontakt based sample sets. Note that Elite sits somewhere between Chamber and Pro/I orchestra in terms of number of strings. I find that the number of strings in the Pro/I orchestra is enough that you lose some of that sense of 'bow on string'. With Elite you still hear some of that 'bow on the string'. Layering Elite on Pro is also really useful.
