[2] My existing amplifier did a poor job of sending sound to its Zone 2 (which consisted of 4 more locations in my house). The PTA42BT allowed me to boost the existing Zone 2 output. Plus now being able to control bass, treble and volume. Great sound!

[1.48 W ] My company needed a new camera for our conference room. I had recently ordered an Alfatron Salut for my office (from B&H as well) and I really like it, so I researched the Alfatron PTZ camera options and settled on this 10x USB camera. As always, shipping from B&H is quick. We set the camera up in the conference room using the wall mount that was INCLUDED in the box! It came with all the necessary cabling for various situations to include the RS-232 cable, a power cord, and a USB y cable. That said, we were connecting directly to the computer, so all we needed was the included USB cable which powers the camera. You do need to plug both USB jacks on the y side into the computer for the camera to properly work. Once we figured that out, the rest was easy. The included remote control for the camera is easy to use as well. You can get to the menu of the camera if you need to make critical changes and you can save multiple presets using the remote which is nice in a conference room situation. The 10x zoom gets some really good close-up shots and the panning feature gives you almost 360 degrees of coverage. Overall, another great product from Alfatron and another happy shopping experience with B&H. This is a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product.

[2] With all the new cameras that are coming out having only a switchable in or out timecode. This little unit is the answer to all my timecode issues. Not to mention the care and support that M.S.C. gives to their product.

[1.48 W ] I ordered an Alfatron Salut video camera to replace my existing camera/mic system in our small conference room.  I immediately noticed an improvement in the quality of the picture over our old camera and the sound quality from the built-in speakers in our meeting area was a vast improvement over the computer speaker
we were using.  A larger room should really have a larger speaker system as it doesn’t get much louder than the computer speakers, but for our purposes it is plenty.  We used it on a couple of ZOOM meetings already and we were told that we sounded much clearer with the Salut than with our old set up.  For $250, the Salut is a great update to any small meeting room situation.

[>10 Kilohms ] I've been pleased with previous Pyle products purchased from B&H and the Pyle Pro 4-Channel Compact Stereo Amplifier lives up to that reputation. I enjoy its features and performance as well as its excellent value. Certainly there are competitive products which, when tested, may exceed it but for this retiree it fits in my budget and performs well.
