A: We do not recommend this for a 7" monitor. While the DH7 does have a thread on the side, this bracket is designed for a small 5" monitor. The DH7 may not properly fit with this bracket.

A: You cant mount it without them and balance the setup correctly. I have successfully used them with the C100. Yes the eyepiece hits the frame when you tilt back more than I dont know,30deg. But all you do is tilt the Ronin backwards and you are fine. To balance the tilt axis instead of the handle being straight up during the procedure, take it off the stand and rotate the handle backwards 90deg and then proceed to balance.
