Q: 1. So, just to be clear, this will hold 3 107 rolls of paper? Those rolls seem pretty heavy and this doesn't look strong enough to hold three.

A: Yes, as indicated under the Overview tab, the Impact Wall Mounting Kit for Holding Three Seamless Backdrops can support three (3) rolls of 9 feet x 12 yards (107 ) of seamless background paper. A: Yes, the black knobs unscrew allowing access for the chain to the gear.

Q: 8. I'll be using this kit with 86-inch wide seamless paper (about 6 lbs per roll). I've read that one should remove the rolls after each use to prevent sagging in the middle and then issues unrolling/rolling. Have others found that to be the case? I was hoping I could leave these rolls up on these brackets for long periods of time.

A: I have had 86-inch rolls up for more than 8 months now, no sagging noticed.

Q: 9. How do I stop the background from unrolling completely?

A: You have to tighten the tension on the handles. It took me a while to figure it out.

Q: 10. I have this system I use for 2- 9 ft paper rolls and it worked fine for awhile but now when I move the chains it isnt catching the rolls and unwinding as it should. I have tried taking it off and reinstalling and tightening and everything. any ideas on what could be the problem?

A: There is a tension control on the drive without the chain to control how loose or how tight the drive will move. If this does not correct the issue, I would recommend speaking with the manufacturer by calling 212-594-2120.
