The NiSi Bluetooth Remote Shutter Control Kit with Cablesallows control of the exposure time directly from the NiSi Mobile app. The app calculates the correct long exposure time once the base exposure is set, then allows the triggering of the camera to start and stop the exposure at the calculated time using bulb mode. The NiSi Bluetooth Wireless Remote Shutter Control connects to a compatible camera using an included cable and then connects over Bluetooth via a phone using the app. The working range is 32 ft, which allows you to easily trigger your shots from a distance.

[0.335 lb] I love the big loop design as I'm able to easily attach the trigger to my clothing or equipment with a d-ring which is a big help as I'm usually positioning light stands and firing a handheld flash. I've only had a few disconnect issues, which are quickly fixed. The range is impressive -- I've had outdoor shoots where I'm running with a mono-light up to 40 ft away from the camera without issue. I've also been able to trigger from 30-40 ft indoors, around corners and in different rooms. The manual focus feature is smooth and responsive as well. I wish there was a low-battery indicator, but the coin batteries are cheap and it's easy to carry another 1 or 2 in my bag. I notice the trigger doesn't override the capture review on my a7iii -- I have to wait for the review image to clear before the trigger will fire again unlike a wired trigger. I either turn autoreview off or keep it at 2sec and my shooting experience is just fine. 5

It worked as advertised, right out of the box. If this one gets lost, stolen or cannot swim if dropped in a lake. I'll immediately order another from B & H. 5

[0.335 lb] Shoots burst if you hold the button down and your cameras in burst mode. All I have to do is turn airplane mode off, hit the focus button on the remote, and shoot. Or, I can turn off airplane mode, turn shutter button focus back on as I usually shoot back button focus, and then only press the shutter button on the remote, and shoot. The focus button on the remote works like the back button focus on the camera so if you want to simply use the shutter button on the remote follow my second instructions. It works just fine in all instances. It's nice to have this work via bluetooth as there are zero wires or cables to attach. It's what I was looking for and works on both my Sony A7C and A7RV. Recommended. 5
