I actually had a bad SD card in this camera and could not take any more photos while I was out because I did not have an extra SD card as I always had in my D7200.

A: The D-7500 has ONLY one. The main reason is because SDs can break and/or loose all info. The newer/next models will off XQDs, which are stronger/larger/faster, but much more expensive. The D-7100 and D-7200 have 2 SDs with almost all of the same specs and you can save a few hundred with either, and put the money towards a, Better , FF lens for your next camera. The main difference with the D-7200 is the Wlan and other transfer features. Also, in a survey: Pros say that they stop using SD after 4-5 years. I use mine for a back-up with my Ext. HDs or give tham to clients with photos of the job.
