A: Alba, DJI Care Refresh is not available in Mexico currently. You could purchase it in US and obtain Refresh service in US, but you need pay for postage back and forth when you send it into the US. Thanks.

Q: 7. I am 5.2 High does this strap fit for me? Or is too long?

A: This is adjustable. I really would not worry that it will be too long.

Q: 8. I just received my strap and want to attach it to my Canon 100-400 mm lens, not the 7D II body. Attaching to body puts too much torque on lens mount. Bit I need to attach to the tripod mount because the tapped hole in the lens is not 1/4-20. Are there adapters so that I don’t need to use the tripod mount?

A: The tap on the lens is a 1/4-20, you can in fact screw this into the bottom of the foot on the Canon 100-400mm lens. If you need to have the strap screwed into the foot and don't want to have to take it off every time you put it onto a tripod, you could use something along the lines of this, KIKLP450V2, where you would screw this plate onto the bottom of the collar on your 100-400, screw the Black Rapids plate into the 1/4-20 on the plate near the back which would leave the front of the plate open to be mounted on a tripod.

[Extended] One of the reason why I purchased the K-70 from B&H was the availability to purchase the Pentax extended warranty (extends it to 3 years) at a reasonable price. B&H has an excellent reputation and being able to purchase the extended Pentax warranty was icing on the cake. 5

[Extended] As my old Pentax cameras have lasted forever and are built like tanks I am not expecting to need this warranty but I purchased it because of the reasonable price and length of the warranty ($50 and for 2 years after the Pentax warranty ends). 5
