A: The Impact Tabletop Light Stand with Flat Base has a weight load capacity of 10 lb. The umbrella will mount to the umbrella holder/cold shoe attachment. To be overly careful, you might want to consider a C-clamp to help secure the Impact Tabletop Light Stand with Flat Base to the desk.

A: The base is bolted into the pole, however longer poles cannot be used with it.

[1.775 lb] The K&M tabletop headphone stand is a solid stand that is simple and elegant. The main body of the stand is a single piece of metal, and the part that the headphone band rests upon is a piece of slightly rubbery plastic, which slides over the top metal portion of the stand. Four adhesive rubber feet are included for the bottom of the stand to protect the surface upon which the stand sits. Overall, it feels solid and works perfectly for my needs as a tabletop headphone stand. I would definitely buy another one if Im looking for another tabletop headphone stand. 5

[1.775 lb] The first thing you should note about this product is WHO makes it! Grace Design of Lyon, Colorado. For 20+ years these people have been making absolutely fantastic audio electronics, almost entirely professional gear for recording studios and top flight broadcasters. It is super clean and works off USB-2, etc. They include in the box an AC power device, but I find this device drives professional headphones (Sennheisers, for example) entirely adequately. No hum, no hiss. Just clean sound. 5
