A: Yes on the Canon SX70 the cable would be threaded out the side next to the battery door.

A: Yes, this is compatible with the D850.

A: The time of power Canon M5o really depends on the mode it used for. We can't give you exact figure bu we can compare to standard Dea Michael, As we understood your power bank is 22,000 mAh, but usually this just a specification of the battery inside and electronics is eating at least 10-15% of the power bank capacity. So lets assume that it will put out 19,000 mAh. Our up-converting cable is using around 25% of the power to up-convert form 5V of power bank to 8V of LP-E12 dummy battery. So it will be around 18,250 mAh of useful power. The LP-E12 is around 900 mAh, so 18,250 divided by 900 - will be 15-16 times longer than regular LP-E12. This of coarse just rough estimation and will depend on quality and condition of the power bank. Just for your information we also are providing 30,000 mAh and 40,000 mAh power banks. A: The CAMVATE LP-E12 Dummy Battery to 2.1mm Female Barrel Cable for Select Canon Cameras is not a storage battery and can not be charged. It is used with an external battery together to power selected Canon cameras. The rated voltage is 7.2V. So you would need to provide at least 7.2V.

As others have noted, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A USB POWER ADAPTER THAT GIVES 2+ AMPS. As long as you have that, you'll be good to go. I'm using it with my M50 that I use with OBS, and I usually forget to turn the camera off between streams. I just half-press the shutter button to wake it up when I need to stream again. Never had any issues. 5

This is a great way to run a camera off a v-mount battery or any other battery with a d-tap out. I attached it to my Watson Pro VM-144-MN mini v-mount battery, and it is working flawlessly. The larger batteries with a d-tap last much, much longer than the LP-E6 camera batteries. On a side note, I love the Watson brand batteries. They are great, last long and provide excellent bang for the buck. My v-mount battery lasts all day with my Canon 5D M3. I love that. And if you put your camera on rails, they make mounts for v-mount batteries, so this could be used for a great run and gun set-up. Perfect for long days of shooting or to impress a client with your cool camera rig. It's perfect for long shoots or when the camera needs to run for a long time without the need to change batteries. It is also great for table-tops, match cut shots, stop motion animation shoots or any situation where you can't move the camera or it is difficult to change batteries, like when on a jib. The coiled cable is a great length that stretches out to 24” but coils up nice and neat when you do not need the entire length. My Canon 5d M3 has a little notch on the battery door to pass the cable thru for this dummy battery. This should be the case for all Canon cameras that use the LP-E6 battery. It was very easy to install. The build quality of this dummy battery is also very impressive. This dummy battery also comes with a built-in voltage regulator to protect everything, which is great. Another added benefit to this dummy battery adapter is having this in your kit as a great emergency back-up for power. I like having that as a nice peace of mind. I'm very happy with this product. Again, this works just as advertised and is a helpful addition to my camera package. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review]. 5

As long as you have a 2 amp charging butt, this will work just fine. I'm using it with an M50. Essential for using it as a webcam. 5
