The Galaxy Trek GTU Mini UHF Wireless Microphone System with 1 Headset Mic (B: 524.5 to 594.5 MHz) provides an easy-to-use audio system that allows a single performer or presenter to roam hands-free onstage. The system operates at a range of up to 160' and the components automatically sync to the same UHF frequency when they are powered up. Simply plug the receiver into the 1/4" input jack on your powered speaker or PA system and you're ready to go; a 1/4" to 3.5mm adapter is provided for mini-jack inputs.

The headset microphone plugs into the 3.5mm jack on the bodypack transmitter, which runs on two AA batteries. The receiver is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery and a USB charging cable is provided. Power and pairing LEDs show you the system is synchronized and working. The system offers 6 hours of operating time. Since the receiver is dual channel, when you're ready to expand to a two-person system, simply pick up a second transmitter (handheld or bodypack with lav or headset mic) in the A frequency band and you're ready to go.

A: The HH52 transmitter body unscrews and is able to be removed for battery replacement . The seam is located approximately an inch below the capsule head.

A: The microphone provided with this Galaxy PA System does not include a mic clip. I would recommend the WindTech MC-3 Rubber Clip for Wireless Handheld Microphones, B&H # WIMC3. This clip is designed to accommodate the large diameter of a wireless handheld transmitter.

[Bodypack] I bought a Galaxy Audio GT-S Trek Series headset microphone and a Galaxy Audio GT-V Lavalier Mic System for myself and the other instructors to try out at the dance studio where I teach. So far I like the Galaxy Audio GT-V Lavalier Mic System because it seems more out of the way. The other instructors say they prefer the Galaxy Audio GT-s Trek Series Headset partly because has no wires and is easily put on and/or easily passed to another instructor or speaker without messing with the wires and clipping on the mic. We get good sound and plenty of volume. The receiver plugs into our with the included 1/4 adapter. We have discovered that when we change instructors/speakers if we turn off the first instructors headset/transmitter we can pair the second instructors transmitter without changing receivers. I also bought a couple units for my daughter who is a programmer at the local library because they will doing their programs outside for a while due to Covid. So far I like these units, the price is right, they fit my purpose. I plan to buy a couple more units so the dance instructors will each have a personal unit. 5

[1x Bodypack] Again the product arrived ahead of schedule, and when I tried it, everything I needed for either phone or camera application was right there. sound is good, It is clean, and the transmission distance is impressive. 5

[1x Bodypack] I needed a head microphone that was simple, didn't have a clip on pack and a wire and sent clear sound to my camera. The first time I used it, the AC in the room was like a tornado and there was loud music playing during the class. But the head mike picked up ONLY the instructor's voice and it was sharp and clear. I just ordered a second one last night from B&H. This mike was B&H's suggestion when I asked them for a low cost, no wire way to achieve my goal. 5

[30 mW] We have been using A-T wireless mics for decades. I just bought 2 units to replace the now-illegal units in the 600mHz range. We have never had any A-T system cause a problem. A big plus is that the priest can feel the switch to know when he's turning it on and off. B&H has been my go-to supplies for decades as well. They are all professional, friendly and helpful. 5

[Non-Diversity] It works perfectly! No need for batteries as it is rechargeable and it last for 7-8 hours but it can run forever if you plug an external battery on the trasmitter (mike) during the use. No problem at all. I Love it!!! 5
