[5800 mAh] B&H was fantastic, one of the cameras inop. Transcend's warranty policy a mess. I pay to have it sent back. No timeline on return. Will just order from the Jungle.

[H.264] Some complain of its weight, it has big batteries giving the absolute longest recording time of 10 hours and more. Others complain how when uploading recorded files the user cannot delete files freely, since integrity of the user must be at its highest there should be zero access to delete any files. The rugged body and solid nature give a huge amount of confidence. My team has made several purchases of this particular camera and are fully pleased by its performance. I am certain once you check other cameras and the specs offered you will agree this unit is above those others.

[f/2.2] Build quality is great! Functions are easy to use. Only thing I wished it had was a record lock to you could not hit the record button by mistake and stop the camera from recording.

[Yes] I am the operations manager for a security company in North Carolina and I purchased this camera back when it was first released on the market as a replacement for the DrivePro Body 10 that I lost during an altercation at our nightclub contract.

When it was first released, I experienced a few issues with the DrivePro Toolbox but I expected that as it was a new product for Transcend. The problems I experienced were quickly rectified by Transcend as the camera picked up more users.

The only problem I have is with the app; however, it's not a deal breaker for me I prefer to have everything on the computer so I can transfer it to a flash drive to submit to the police and courts as evidence.

Compared to the Body 10, which is a great camera itself, the Body 30 is far superior. With Image Stabilization and Auto IR turned on you are guaranteed to never miss what you intend to record as the IR only activates in extremely low lighting. With Stealth Mode activated you can sneak up on situations to determine what's going on before anyone involved in the situation even knows that you are there or you can turn it on to trick someone into thinking that you have stopped recording.

All in all, I love this camera and am looking forward to continuing to use it in the field.

As a side note for the people who are complaining about the beeping and buzzing the camera makes being audible in their recordings, that is not limited to this camera. I work closely with Officers from CMPD and they have told me that the AXON (Taser) body cameras that they are issued do it as well.

[5800 mAh] Hey, for $, I got the non wifi, memory and extra battery. I am filming from helmets, quads, motorcycles, and on various locations on a enduro dirt track race car. Risking $ is nothing to $. I'll buy another soon. It works and is easy to use. My granddaughter loves it. Good value for the money!

[802.11n] I know this is only the second review for this product and I know the first review is only 1 Star but I have had my SJCAM A20 now for 18 months and I absolutely love it!
It is described in the other review that the primary issue was not being able to connect to the app/software. I know and realize that every person and every case is different but at the time I purchased i was using a Sony cell phone with Android OS and I am now using a Samsung Galaxy and never a single issue with connectivity in either of my phones.
I use my A20 while mountain bike riding, while motorcycle riding, inside my vehicle and even as a body cam on my person.
If you're not stuck on GoPro and looking for a similar device that's HUNDREDS LESS, I would DEFINITELY recommend the SJCAM A20. The video quality is great, the still photo quality is great, other features abuse are time lapse, car mode and and I can honestly say that I haven't had a single issue in 18 months. I also found that SJCAM accessories, mounts, cases etc are EXACTLY the same as GoPro, so if have the best of the best of the best is not requirement, go with SJCAM A20 and save yourself hundreds of dollars.

[1.58 lb] I an using this for my BFA thesis with my performance art piece. The footage is great! The quality of the video exceeded my expectations. I was worried that I would be disappointed that I didn't go with a GoPro, but this is literally the same camera. I wish the buttons were a little more sensitive. Sometimes, to get the mode I want, I have to press the buttons harder or multiple times before it listens. It's not that big of a deal, but sometimes frustrating when I think I've stopped recording, and it turns out that I've been recording the last hour.
