I don't believe you will find any zoom lens wider than 15mm for a full frame sensor camera. The widest one I know is the new Tamron 15-30, and of course the Canon 16-35 is designed for the full frame cameras.

This is the second Lenscoat Lens Cover I have purchased. They are great blending into the landscape when photographing wildlife and has attributes like a rain cover though not waterproof it does work well until you can get it cover. ALSO, I find this to work well in protecting your lens from dings and other cosmetic knocks you might encounter keeping your lens looking brand new for years to come. I would purchase it again....and again!!! 5

I'm a BIG fan of this company. Yes, their stuff is pricey, BUT their a local, NJ/US outfit, their product fits like a glove, it's durable and just what the doctor ordered, especially for a klutz like me. No matter how careful I am, I tend to.... bump my gear into things.... I know. Anyway, this little layer of protection is exactly what I need to keep my gear intact when I'm not exactly as sharp as I should be. Also, I like the extra barrier it provides from insects, dust, less-than-clean hands and random... gifts... from dripping branches and overhead birds. I've used a LensCoat on every telephoto I've owned and I have NEVER regretted the decision to spend the money on it; quite to the contrary, it's always been the right decision. Oh, and their customer service is EXCELLENT. If you need something from them, and e-mail them, you'll likely hear back from an owner in about a day, and they WILL help you out. Pretty good for New Jersey. It's the only way to go. 5

Not only does it protect the lens, but it looks dang cool (looking cool is what matters sometimes!) Also seemed to help keep the black lens from getting too hot in the direct sun. 5
