The black 44" 2X-Large Belt from Wireless Mic Belts is made of high-quality, mashine-washable 2" woven elastic and comes with 4" hook-and-loop fasteners. It is used to securely hold a Belt Pac with a wireless bodypack microphone transmitter inside, for stage and screen purposes.

This 44" (111.7cm) belt can stretch up to 4 additional inches to provide a comfortable, secure fit.

A: The material is thick but not waterproof. It's really a large piece of elastic with a velcro closure. Dancers use these in theater shows all the time and are fine, but if you are going all day and regularly sweat through belts I'd protect the mic in a different way.

Q: 9. Would this work to give a little extra room if the belt I have fits a little too tight on the body? Or would it barely make a difference?

A: This belt is 7 inches long, so it could possibly be used to extend a belt. It 's main purpose is to strap a wireless bodypack onto a guitar strap or mic stand.

A: This products goes from 90 to 120 cm or 35.4 to 47 inches around the waist.

[7 x 4 x 1"] We bought these for outside on construction sites to film a reality TV show. They are really durable and the long wide piece of velcro has excellent holding power and is very comfortable unlike the plastic clip closures. They run a bit small (I'm assuming because they stretch so much) So, you either need to let them stretch out and endure the uncomfortableness for a short time or go one size larger. They don't breath well for all day wear in hot temperatures. 5
