[3 Years] We have used the Cisco SG series switches for many years and were disappointed when the line was discontinued but the new CBS line is just as good. Some minor variations in how the software is laid out but otherwise, they are just as easy to use as the SG line. 5

[3 Years] The Cisco replaced a 12-year-old Logitech. Cisco works great and comes with USB 2.0 and USB-C cables. Image is sharp and clear. Works well in different lighting too. Mic works well. The design is simple and unobtrusive. 5

[3 Years] Despite what you may hear, Macs are harder to crack into but they are still prone to getting a virus and mallows attempts at hacking into your computer. So far this software has stopped a lot of trojans from entering my MAC. The Mac people will say you don't need it. Honestly, you really do need to have it and this one works very well- Built for the MAC - it works well with the MAC. Not expensive either. WORTH IT! 5

[3 Years] Cisco is a good name in networking solutions and this product is solidly built in a metal casing that is attractive looking as well. For a plug and play network switch this is a great choice. I use it to give me 7 ports for wired devices in my living room off of 1 cat 6 cable that runs back to my wireless router in a back bedroom and it works nicely. Highly recommend if you need a simple to use network switch. 5
