A: Yes, however, you must be very sure to make all the proper settings in the camera from the menu as to shooting shutter w/o lens, type of lens being placed on the camera (lens mt. adapter setting), and be aware that the adapter ADDS EXTENSION from the lens rear element to the sensor focal plane, which will change your minimum focus distance. You will have very limited exposure control and NO ELECTRONIC controls from the lens to camera, (you can use Aperture Priority auto exposure), and NO AUTO FOCUS. Be VERY CAREFUL with your focus, as the focus is now more critical, but the adapter works just fine on Nikkor AIS lenses, just no electronics.
