High-quality video streaming and compatibility with video meeting software, such as Teams and Zoom, make this black 1080p HDBaseT PTZ Camera with 12x Optical Zoom from Alfatron an ideal solution for streaming applications in medium-to-large meeting rooms and conference venues. HDBaseT connectivity allows you to send your video signal at resolutions up to 1080p60 and power the camera using a single cable.

The camera features a 1/2.8" HD CMOS 2.07MP sensor and 255 presets for moving rapidly between desired framing positions. It supports auto and manual focus with a 12x optical zoom and 10x digital zoom, while employing high-quality H.264 and H.265 compression for reliable synchronization and seamless streaming. With its 0.5 lux minimum illumination capability, the versatile PTZ performs very nicely in low-light conditions. Full support for RTSP, RTMP, and ONVIF network protocols lets you transmit up to two streams simultaneously. An IR remote control comes with the unit, but you can also purchase separately available controllers to take advantage of the different control protocols the camera can handle, such as RS-232, RS-485, VISCA, and Pelco-P/D.

[3.9 to 46.1mm] I was looking for an upgrade for my built-in webcam (HP laptop about 5 years old), but I wanted something with a wider viewing angle and better image quality. This unit was plug and play (it uses a standard USB connection on the computer side and a Type C connector on the camera side). I liked the fact that the cable was not simply attached to the camera since I could replace the cable in the future if necessary. The CAM-200 showed up in Zoom as a camera option immediately (I had to close out of Zoom and re-open it, but that's it) and I did not need to download any drivers...It just worked. As far as image quality, it was a big upgrade from my built-in camera, much clearer, with better color rendering, and the field of view was much wider. It also reacted much better to strong light sources coming from behind me (my built-in cam would often wash out when sunlight was coming in from a window directly behind me). The clip mount is just OK, it certainly works fine, but it takes a little adjusting. The unit also has a threaded shoe mount on the bottom which is handy if you want to mount it on a small tripod. Packaging was nice and B&H kept updating me on the order as this was initially back ordered. All in all, very happy with the product/purchase experience. 5

[12x] My company needed a new camera for our conference room. I had recently ordered an Alfatron Salut for my office (from B&H as well) and I really like it, so I researched the Alfatron PTZ camera options and settled on this 10x USB camera. As always, shipping from B&H is quick. We set the camera up in the conference room using the wall mount that was INCLUDED in the box! It came with all the necessary cabling for various situations to include the RS-232 cable, a power cord, and a USB y cable. That said, we were connecting directly to the computer, so all we needed was the included USB cable which powers the camera. You do need to plug both USB jacks on the y side into the computer for the camera to properly work. Once we figured that out, the rest was easy. The included remote control for the camera is easy to use as well. You can get to the menu of the camera if you need to make critical changes and you can save multiple presets using the remote which is nice in a conference room situation. The 10x zoom gets some really good close-up shots and the panning feature gives you almost 360 degrees of coverage. Overall, another great product from Alfatron and another happy shopping experience with B&H. This is a great value for the money. I highly recommend this product. 5

[10x] Using this camera for a remote video production. Shooting at 4K 30fps. Great quality, sensor is decent and superior to competition at this price range. We tested it against other options and the video quality is superior. Remote production made easy, great interface, company keeps upgrading software which makes it straightforward to overcome challenges. Size of this camera surprised me, a bit larger than I expected. [12x] Our church was using cheapo consumer camcorders, and the upgrade to these was mind-blowing. Not only did we get pan, tilt, zoom capability, but the picture quality is amazing. The sensor is quite a bit bigger than our old cameras which helps a lot. The online zoom calculator made it easy to figure out which specific model to get, and there are so many connectivity features here that we'll be set for years to come. for now we are just using HDMI out to a Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro switcher and we have PoE for network and power. We bought two of these and that's all we really need, but now I'm itching to add one more. 5
