A: The Scope has a very small Objective. So adding magnification won't help. Ideally you should go with a larger objective scope to actually see Planets. It also all depends on if you have no Light Pollution too.

A: This telescope does not have a camera built inside of it. You would need to either mount your camera you have onto the scope to photograph images. Or buy a CCD Imaging Device. A: For the Powerseeker 80AZ the base is not designed to be removed from the Tripod. It voids any warranty.

A: Yes this is a great scope for a beginner. They will not have any issues maneuvering the scope either.

A: First of all, do not buy it as mine was returned because of material flaws, loose screws and sloppy screw holes that were not put in correctly. I will not buy any Celestron product any more.
