[LED] Unless you are getting the $$$$ motorized jewelry lightbox with the rotating stand, this has got to be the next best thing (and it's $). Just put it near a lamp, set the white balance on your camera to tungsten, and Bob's your uncle.

[LED] Compact and feature rich LED lantern with good battery life. Best feature is the variable output. Highly recommended. The hand crank is such a bonus feature!

[4x AA] First, I want to thank B&H for having great service, great prices and fast shipping. Regarding this light, I use it on my boat all the time. It's rugged, bright, easy to handle and waterproof. On a boat you need to always have safety gear (flashlight) in functioning order. No corrosion on this light whatever. This is the second one I own. First is still going strong after 3 years. Although on my first, the switch can sometimes be a little finicky...

[4x AA] I bought 2 arm band SA300 lights and they are working as stated. They are very light, flat and easy to turn on for flashing or a solid light mode. A micro usb charging cable for the light included would have been nice or mentioned as part of the description and not included. The adjustable strap end fold to prevent slipping out of the locking clip should be extended just past the opening locking clip on first used. This will ensure that the locking clip is clamped down tight and the adjustable strap will never slip out when wearing or removing it from the arm, leg or neck

[ 8.5 Hours] I bought this to photograph my diecast/model collection and items to sell on-line. I have some larger items that I didn't think would fit in this small (15x15x23) lighthouse so I thought I would save some money and buy the large (24x24x36) lighthouse to shoot all my items regardless of size, rather than buying one for the big items and one for the smaller times. The large lighthouse is very good, but also a lot larger than I realized. 3 feet didn't seem to be that big until I put it on my shooting table. Although it provided very well lit photos, it was rather unwieldy to move around and took up too much space, so I decided to get this small lighthouse. This is the one I should have bought in the first place. The size is just right for 90% of the items I want to photograph. It is very easy to set up, adjust, move around, collapse and put away. The pictures coming out have great lighting. The construction is very good. I comes with a nice carrying case that it readily fits into and makes storage easy and compact. If you are photographing small to medium objects this is the lighthouse you are looking for. If you are photographing small to medium objects and large objects buy this lighthouse and a larger lighthouse. It costs more but you will be happier in the end.
