Q: 1. Does the above Celestron Power Tank come with the cord I need to plug it into the power supply and my Meade Telescope? Or do I need something else to use this power supply? Celestron Power Tank (12-Volt, 7-Amp Power Supply, 110/220V)

A: The Celestron Power Tank comes with a 12 V D/C cord to power a Celestron telescope. That's all I can tell you - I know nothing about a Meade Telescope, or any other telescopes for that matter. Good Luck!

Q: 2. The first photo of this item shows a rectangular filter, but the description says circular. Which shape is it?

A: The Ice 84 x 98mm P Series Circular Polarizer Filter is a rectangular shape but the effect is called circular polarizer.

Q: 3. Can I use this for meade LX 90 12 inch telescope?

A: Yes, along with the Meade #607 25' (7.6 m) Cigarette Lighter Adapter BH #MEPCDCETX • MFR #07043 https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/202533-REG/Meade_07043_607_25_7_6_m.html

Q: 4. can this filter be used to view the flame and horse head nebula too and does it help viewing galaxies..??

A: So we really do not recommend using this filter for this purpose. It is more for Imaging, and it will reduce what you are seeing. I honestly don't recommend using a filter at all with looking at what you are going to view. However if you did want to get a filter then I would go with the Celestron UHC (Ultra High Contrast) LPR Filter (1.25 ) - Reduces Transmission of Wavelengths of Artificially-Produced Light. Q: 5. I'm a beginner so plse forgive this question - but how do these filters attach to the eyepieces? I see the filters have femal;e threads on them - do they screw onto the top of the eyepiece? Does this mean all eyepieces have male threads so that they accept filters suich as these to be attached? Thanhs, just trying to understand how these work

A: The Celestron Moon Filter Set has male and female threads. . The easiest way to attach a filter is on the diagonal. This way the eyepieces can be changed without re-attaching the filter from one eyepiece to another. Female thread on a filter is used for stacking several filters.

Q: 6. Will this work on the Astrofi 130?

A: The Celestron PowerTank 7 Ah 12 VDC Power Supply is compatible with the Celestron Astro Fi 130mm f/5 Reflector Telescope.

Q: 7. Can you plug a standard Edison plug into this?

A: I don't see anywhere to plug a standard 110 v plug into.

Q: 8. Could it be carried on board aircraft? Please advise us. Thank you

A: Traveling with batteries have many rules and regluations and can changed based off of the different airlines. It woud be best to check with the airline you are using before you fly.

Q: 9. Does this use an LED bulb?

A: The small light on top (with the red cap) is a small, relatively dim, incandescent bulb with a yellowish tint (unless you have the red cap on, which makes it red). The bottom larger light contains 30 white LEDs and is pretty bright. It doesn't compare to a nice CREE flashlight or anything, but the beam is bright and wide.

Q: 10. Is this a circular polarizer? Are there any pics of it?

A: Yes, it is a circular polarizer. The first photo, is a direct photo of the filter.

[1.25"] I got this filter because my results on my Canon 400mm 5.6 with a Hoya HMC 77 UV(O) were drab. With this new filter I have brilliant color and contrast and can enjoy vivid pictures. I am happy with this purchase.

[1.25"] This cuts down IR pollution really well. It causes no color shift, especially when you're ND stacking on your lens. It's a tad bit pricey, but it's well worth the money.

[Glass] The filter works well, but the delivery was a week later than promised! I received it 2 days before I left Seattle so all photo shoots were cancelled

[0.1 lb] Less expensive then Hoya, but do the same job. Blackmagic Pocket 6k mostly suffers ir pollution. Ice ir cut eliminate it. On hard ND stops gives little green tint, that can be changed in postproduction.
