The FotodioX Leica R Pro Lens Adapter for M-Mountis a high quality adapter that allows you to mount a Leica R mount lens to a Leica M-mount camera body. It features an aluminum-alloy construction with a hard anodized finish as well as the ability to focus to infinity.

Although the lens will physically fit, automatic lens control and functions will not operate correctly while using this adapter. You can utilize aperture priority mode in combination with stop-down metering for automatic exposure control on your camera.

[0.17 lb] I am using this one to Leica M9 and Zeiss Jena Flectogon 4/20mm nikon-F mount + Leica 21mm viewfinder. Using F-stop by F5.6. The M9 camera is taking a sharp images from 0.8m to infinity. Next step is Leica M10 + M Visoflex Typ 20 and any Nikon lenses. Too Good Future but a lot of finance! 5

[Leica M] Really quality made adapter, fits great on my Leica SL and Panasonic S1R. With M lens on SL or S1R overall size of system is very compact and light. Perfect combination for manual focus shooting. 5

[3.1 x 3 x 1.4"] The latest Fotodiox Nikon F Pro Lens Adapter for Leica M-Mount that I just purchased is very much improved over an earlier version Fotodiox Nikon F to Leica M-Mount that I purchased a couple of years ago. The Nikon F bayonet flange is a new design with retention springs similar to what is inside a Nikon camera lens mount. The result is much smoother engagement and removal of the lens from the adapter. Yet the retention of lens in the adapter is more secure. The Leica M-Mount side of the adapter is now one piece with the aluminum body and has a hard anodize finish. This seems to mount onto Leica bodies smoothly. All in all, a much improved lens adapter for the same price as the earlier version, and at this price, very much a quality unit at a bargain price through B&H. 5

[3.1 x 3 x 1.4"] I bought this in order to use my old Nikon SLR lenses on my Leica M3. With this combination, I will have to guess the focus distance which will not be that hard for wide-angle lenses. I already have a Leica multi-focal length finder which has a setting for 35mm lenses. I was amazed at how well made this adapter is. It is easy to mount a Nikon lens on it and to mount the adapter on my Leica. It fits perfectly. 5
