[Lead-Acid] When I realized after a number of years that the battery in my UPS system no longer had any strength, I simply had to look at the box to find the serial no. of my system and go to the web site to order a replacement. The task was easily accomplished, the delivery was prompt and the actual battery replacement was not difficult at all so my UPS system was back to normal in no time. [25.675 lb] Responding to an overload alarm on my APC UPS CS-500, I had to remove the battery to make it stop, and discovered the battery case had split along the corner. Order replacement RBC2 battery from B&H at a great price knowing they respond and ship quickly. Battery arrived the next day, well packaged. UPS was back on line in minutes . APC INCLUDED LINK TO DOWNLOAD POSTAGE PAID LABBEL TO SEND THE USED/BAD BATTERY BACK FOR RECYCLING !!! Excellent service from B&H; responsible recycling by APC. FIVE STARS TO BOTH ! 5

[Lead-Acid] Always buy APC replacement batteries so there's no question about safety or reliability. Plus, recycling was a breeze. Thanks to APC's recycling guide I found a source that included a shipping label for free UPS transport to the facility. 5

[95%] I am on my 3rd back-up battery & am very satisfied. My only complaint is that this year I ordered it...it was shipped immediately...& then I got a discount offer. They could not apply the discount to my order. Bummer! But as for the product, I am very satisfied! Customer service was friendly & apologetic that they were not able to give me the discount. It never hurts to ask, though. 5
