A: Yes, the LCD on the Gossen Digisix 2 Ambient Light Meter is easy to see in low light.

A: The new DIGIPRO F2 has been expanded to able to display exposure values in 1/2 or 1/3 increments, and has display illumination that switches on automatically for 5 seconds after the measurement if the environment illumination is less than EV 3. It also has an extended correction value range of +/- 9.9 exposure values, which would be beneficial for those wo do long exposure with high density neutral density filters. The CINE mode has been expanded to include the required film speeds within a range of 8 to 96 fps, and compensations for shutter angles which deviate from 180° by entering a calculated correction value. The exposure value function of both exposure meters has been expanded to include simple measurement of illuminance in lx or fc for setting up film lighting. It also comes with a new neoprene case.

A: No, the if the Godox CL10 LED Webcasting Ambient Light loses power it does not automatically turn back on.

A: The meter does measure in 1/1, 1/2 or 1/3 EV.

Q: 7. Will this fit over the opening of a Canon 70-200mm 2.8 L-series lens?

A: Easy . I used this filter on Sigma 50-500mm with outside diameter of 95mm . Perfect .

Q: 8. Does Gossen Digisix II.fit on an accessory shoe; like on an old Nikon S2?

But does the job. only 40 grams ready to go. comes with a small protctive sock, and a CR2032 battery. Those last a long time, but I carry a spare just to have one) (CR2032s are hard to find if you arent in America [where Walgreens carry them] and arent near a camera store [that you know of...] 5

You can't beat the convenience of this little pocket light meter. There are times when I want to use an incident light meter, and this Gossen Digisix 2 fits the bill perfectly. Either for use with a camera that does not have a light meter, or when you want an incident rather than a reflected light reading, this thing seems to be the ticket. 5

I wanted to find the right lighting for my podcast background to allow me to add splashes of color and build a pro-looking studio in my home. I experimented with some nice, expensive LED par lights but found them noisy (fans) and more than I needed. I decided to try this light and originally bought two. I was so happy with them that I bought two more. They provide quiet, cool splashes of light to my background that look great. Contrary to what some have said in some of these reviews, I personally like the fact that the remote must be operated in close proximity to the light. This gives me more precise control for blending different color elements. These lights have been ideal for a small home studio and have given me the perfect amount of even, dependable light for my background. I'm hoping they will serve me well into the future, but for now, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. 5

Not cheap, but there are not many alternatives if you want a little exposure meter that fits in your pocket. Reflective and incident light measurements, all you need basically. The large analogue scale show all possible shutter speed/aperture combination for a measured EV value. Great little tool. 5

It is my second Gossen that I buy. The last one last me more than 10 years. And when I needed to order another light meter, only gossen came to my mind. It is a really good device and does exactly what I need. 5

Had to replace a not working Gossen SBC. The new meter is small, light weight, and easy to use. 95% of my light readings are incident readings. Having a built in timer is a bonus. 5
