Monitor an indoor or outdoor area with the white Hikvision DS-2CD2383G2-IU 8MP Outdoor Turret Camerafrom Hikvision. This unit uses a 1/2.8" progressive scan CMOS sensor to capture 3840 x 2160 resolution video at 20 fps. IR LEDs provide up to 98' of night vision. The camera's 2.8mm fixed lens delivers a 107° horizontal field of view. A built-in microphone enables the camera to pick up audio. A memory card slot accepts microSD/SDHC/SDXC cards up to 256GB (available separately). Integrated PoE technology simplifies connectivity by enabling the transfer of power and data through a single cable.

This turret camera complies with ONVIF profiles G and S, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. The camera's aluminum enclosure is IP67 rated for outdoor use.

[1x RJ45 ] This was one of two cameras I purchased recently for a security system I installed on my home. It covers a side of my house where a boat and camper are stored. Installation was straightforward, mounted under the eaves of my roof, although it took me a minute to interpret the Ikea-like instructions for removing the cover when adjusting and installing. His-Vision had a digital video on their website that was helpful with that. Daytime picture quality is terrific. Nighttime is good, although this type of camera uses infrared, so the image is black and white. I have not fully mastered setting parameters for notifications, thanks to ADHD. Someday . . . 5

[2.265 lb] A professional installed 8 of these these cameras around my home. I have had HIKVISION cameras for over 8 years. These cameras finally do the job that I have always wanted: Filter false events and focus only on humans and cars. They are NEVER wrong. If I get a VCA event, I know its the REAL deal. Added bonus? They are color at night. This is worth every penny. You won't be disappointed. 5

[Yes] So far its great. I have to sit down and set the setting for the alert light and specific areas. But as plug and power, the view is amazing! The night view looks like day time. This works perfect for for the front center on my house. One camera viewing left and right and the zoom ability is phenomenal! 5

[f/1.6] This camera does audio over Ethernet and it's one way audio. The picture is as crisp and clear as it gets, huge improvement over our previous system. At night it can become grainy if there is not enough lighting, but this is not a fault of the camera. With proper lighting, you will still be able to see crisp, full color images even at night which is the case with our setup. Does motion detection, along with a number of other features to alert you of activity. We have a number of these connected to the HikVision DS-7616NI-I2/16P NVR, the only thing you need to be aware of is the amount of space the video feeds can take up. You never know when you may need to go back several months for some footage, so the more HDD space you can get, the better. 5

[Yes Mechanical] AcuSense is a game changer if you're tired of getting false motion alerts on outdoor cameras. Turn off regular motion detection and use only the smart events - and you've basically eliminated false alerts. Day quality on these is very good, night quality is also quite good and they're smart enough to leave the IR off if you have decent nighttime illumination (I have on near a bright street light). Well worth getting these over the cheaper options. 5

[Yes, 3 Streams] This thing is impressive. The stitch is beautiful, camera quality is fantastic, color at night is top-notch. Better than getting two cams to do the same job. A little bit of lag on two-way audio might be from Blue Iris, but it works. 5

[1x RJ45 ] This is clearly the best bang for your buck. With the Hikvision Connect app, you have good two way audio. Needs a bit of light at night, but all in all, it's a decent camera. B&H had the best deal to boot! 5
