A: Yes, The CAMVATE Manfrotto-Type QR Plate Unit, CAC2046, accepts Manfrotto style 501pl plates and could be used on the Ronin SC as an alternative plate. Although we do not carry Avella Tripods, their product page indicates that the same type of plate would work with the CAC2046 and be interchangeable between the two, giving you the flexibility to use the same plate for both your tripod and the Ronin SC when paired with the CAC2046.

A: I was not able to find a 12v cable for this to connect to an a7 camera. If such exists, you could then power the Ninja through the d-tap on the Switronix GP-S/12 V-Mount Plate with Belt. You might consider this other v-mount plate that has a a7 dummy and a d-tap. However, it is 15mm rod based, not a belt plate.
