This CAMVATE Quick Release Baseplate 19mm Studio Rod Clampsfrom CAMVATE Quick Release Baseplate 19mm Studio Rod Clampseasily accommodates your camera of choice and mounts it onto a compatible dovetail or 19mm rod system. Your camera secures to the plate via its 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws. It then attaches to a dovetail plate using the built-in dovetail clamp or to 19mm studio rods with the integrated clamps. Multiple 1/4"-20 threads at the front and back of the plate can accommodate lens supports or battery plates.

A: The Tilta Quick Release Baseplate for Sony FX6 provides two screw insert spots to connect your camera. One of the inserts will fit a 3/8"-16 screw, while the other one fits a 1/4"-20 screw.

A: As long as you can get the 15mm rods to line up properly and if your plan is to add ARRI rosette function to your rig, then it will work.

A: The thumbscrew for the Tilta Quick Release Handgrip Bridge is not available separately. Tilta may be able to provide a replacement if you contact them directly.

[Baseplate] With a lot more mirrorless cameras being able to capture 10-bit/RAW/ProRes HQ internally nowadays like the Nikon Z6iii, it means there is less necessity for full cages and rigs (at least for me anyway). I have not much need for a monitor anymore, and have swapped out cages for the Nikon for just a simple arca-swiss L-bracket. This is the perfect fit for my needs. The L-bracket can side load or snap in from above and locks firmly in place. The only time I need 15mm rails is for a v-mount battery hinge for extensive shooting lengths; when needed I just throw the v-mount hinge on the rails and run it through the PD-USBC port via D-tap. The Sirui 15mm carbon fiber rails are lightweight and have less noisy rattle when traveling in the case; if you need heavy duty rails I'd look for stainless steel option but for the price you can't beat it for simple setups. 5
