Add accessories to the top of your RED V-RAPTOR camera using this Bright Tangerine Top Plate RED V-RAPTORfrom Bright Tangerine. The aluminum top plate consists of two pieces: the mount and a quick release dovetail that install on top of the V-RAPTOR using four included screws. It also works with DJI Ronin-2 and FREEFLY MÅ Pro mounting plates.

The cheese-style quick release dovetail plate features multiple 1/4"-20 threads and 3/8"-16 anti-twist threads to add a variety of accessories such as extension arms, a monitor mount, an EVF mount, 15mm rod clamps, or other gear. It features a 10mm hole depth to allow longer screws to catch better, and it provides cooling vents for better airflow from the camera's cooling fan.

A: Unfortunately no, the contact pad for the Outrigger Handle and Bright Tangerine does not have an additional contact loop. Check out Alvin's Cables for an affordable solution. A: No, the Bright Tangerine B4002.1025 will interfere with the 8Sinn Cage for RED Komodo.

Q: 9. Is there room to attach a Nato clamp along the entire rail with the original Sony handle in place?

A: The Bright Tangerine Top Plate II for Sony FX6 (B&H# BRB40041018) will accept NATO clamps. We would expect those not to fit well if the handle is also in place, but the fit will depend on the specific clamp.

A: The Tilta Front Top Plate for RED V-RAPTOR is only listed for the RED V-RAPTOR.

[4.45 x 3.9 x 1"] This is the lightweight solution we have all be waiting or for the Red Komodo. Well thought out, perfect placement and most importantly it features helicoil inserts so you know it will last. Keeps the system light and adds nato rails to the sides and top. After trying every komodo cage / rail market on the market, this seems like the best solution overall. 5

[0.47 lb] I bought this for when my Komodo is on a gimbal and I can use my tilta nucleus to run/stop it. I like the fact that in a rush when switching setups I can just mount the outrigger handle on top and use that. Initially I didn't like how it looked/fit but in the end it's just for gimbal use and I think it works good for what it is. Would recommend. 5

[Aluminum] I love that it doesn't take up the 9 pin port which i use for timecode and i don't need a large expander on the back to add this run/stop port. also it works perfectly! 5

Can be used with the Outrigger Handle so run/stop can be utilized via a Nucleus-M style system or on-camera by the Camera Operator via Outrigger Handle. Best for gimbal usage to keep things very compact for run/stop capability. Arguably the best piece of kit to have for Komodo users. 5

[Aluminum] Works great with my V-Raptor s35!! At first it wasn't working for me. After several months of trouble shooting, my brand new RED V-Raptor s35 came with a defective chip. I sent it in and they replaced it. Surprisingly, this seems to be not uncommon from what I can tell from online inquiries. In sum, if it doesn't work for you, it's probably RED..... 5

[0.47 lb] I have this R/S top plate on my Komodo as well as on my V-Raptor. On the Komodo I have the Mutiny Bolt-On V2 Micro record button connected to it, and on the Raptor I would use it to connect my Tilta right side handle with R/S button. Bright Tangerine is marketing this product as a Run/Stop Plate for Red Komodo, but works on the Red V-Raptor as well, without any issues. 5
