[0.38 lb] Good replacements for OEM ear pads. Fit and finish is excellent. Memory foam is a bit more firm and thicker than the original pads, should last longer if that is any indicator.

[Black] These earpads are better than the Audio Technica earpads. I have a brand new set of the ATH-M50X headphones and an ATH-M50 set that I've had for years. The old set with the new pads is more comfortable and form-fitting than the new set. These earpads are better at blocking out noise and my wife.


I'm not an audiophile knowledgeable in the ways of headphones, but the Audio Technica headphones are very nice wired headphones.


Will I buy a set of new earpads to repace the new earpads on my new headphones? All signs point to yes. Not sure when, but it'll happen.

YOU WILL HAVE BUYER'S REMORSE. Sorry, but true. These are 3 to 4 times as expensive as fake leather earpads. Don't worry. If you've made it to the point where you're reading reviews, you already know you're buying these.

Product is labeled special order but I got it pretty quick. I cannot say what your experience will be.


If you're eco-aware, you won't like the box these come in. A single-use box does not need a magnetic closure. If you're luxury oriented, you'll love the box just before you throw it away.

[0.38 lb] I replaced my Audeze LCD2s pads with these. The Dekoni pads are a little thicker than the stock ones, so I have to extend the yokes a bit to fit my head.


They are very comfortable and very easy to install but they do change the sound a bit. Personally I like the new sound signature. Hopefully they last longer than the stock Audeze pads.

[Black] These pads are thicker but softer than the stock balanced pads, so they are a significant upgrade in comfort for glasses wearers like me. As far as the sound signature changes go, I find that it closely matches what Dekoni themselves measured on the Dt1990 on their blog. Unfortunately that means it's not the holy grail that tames the Beyer treble that the internet is abuzz about. I liked my mids just the way they were on the balanced pads, so unfortunately any deviation from that is a slight downgrade that I am still figuring out how to eq back. Still, the improvement in comfort alone is worth it.

[Black] 100% Recommended, these pads are so much better than the OEM pads that come with the HD700. The OEM pads always get dirty and are hard to clean compared to these.


The sound stage does change ever so slightly as the drivers are further away from your ears a bit but its not a big change so its nothing I would be concerned about it.

[Black] If you can bear spending this much money for a set of earpads, don't worry, it will be worth it. For so long, the stock earpads on the SONY MDR-7506 headphones that I love have slowly disintegrated, pair after pair. Look at it this way; four sets of stock pads that only last for maybe a couple years if you're lucky will pay for these GREAT quality ear pads. The Dekoni sheepskin pads are well made, thick for comfort, feel great for hours on your head AND most importantly, are EASY to install on your MDR-7506's. They are so easy in fact that it seemed like they installed themselves! If you own an MDR-7506, you know how VERY DIFFICULT it is to change your pads. No so here. It was almost too easy. I just ordered another pair for my backup pair of SONY's. I highly recommend these earpads. I expect them to last for years with the quality material and workmanship. These are a beautiful pair of earpads. The thump of the SONY bass even gets better with these since the isolation is so good. LOVE my Dekoni's.

[0.38 lb] These are really great for the DT 1990 Pro. They are more comfortable then the A pads and they widen the sound just a little while softening the sharp highs of the 1990s. They might not be as analytical but I much prefer them. They also feel very durable so I'm sure they'll last the distance.

[Black] The OEM velour earpads on my 770/880s are comfortable but take forever to handwash & dry following exposure to various organic liquids beverages ( i do try and place them on their hook but....) These are actually more comfortable, look less like synthetic gerbil fur, and coffee/wine wipes clean in a flash.

[Black] I didn't have high expectations for these, but I can tell you that they are fantastic! I sometimes shave my beard short and have scruff that causes a lot of damage to headphone earpads, but so far, these are holding up very well and I feel like they will continue to hold up to this type of wear. I was very surprised at how durable they feel and how easy they were to replace. Two thumbs up so far!
