[Neoprene] Once the lens is on my camera, I leave the hood on and use this as my lens cap. Best and easiest way to work. 5

[0.065 lb] There is not much to review about a Lens Hood Cover, except that it provides adequate protection, in my case it fits perfectly on the Sigma 12-24mm F4.5-5.6 DG HSM II Lens at a reasonable price. The reason I purchased it is the original Sigma Lens Hood Cover is a constant struggle to remove & put on the lens. I will only use it when actually going in the field to photograph since it is made of a material therefore not sure if there may be issues with fungus if used as a permanent (long term) replacement for the original plastic Lens Hood cover. 5

[Neoprene] Replaces the Lens Cap that I had for a Rokinon 14 mm with built in lens hood. The OEM Cap is too large to fit in pocket this one goes in pocket easily. Great product thinking about putting on all my lenses. 5

[0.065 lb] Great hood cover for the price. The cap portion has a stiff (removable) disc to give it more structure which is a great improvement over similar neoprene covers that don't have any structure as it provides additional protection if something hits or rests against the front of the cover. Although, it is meant to be able to be used without a lens cap, I would still recommend a lens cap if you want to avoid getting more dust on the lens. Dust can still get on your lens easily while removing/installing the cover and while it is covered. 5
