A: It would depend on the model of the Tamron 18-270mm lens you own as to whether the above filter will work on your lens. Tamron has manufactured two (2) versions of the 18-270mm lens, the older, discontinued model using 72mm filters, and the current model using the smaller 62mm filters. The best I can recommend is if you have your lens cap, look on the inside of the lens cap to see if the lens cap/filter thread size is listed inside the lens cap.
