[0.1 lb] I had been looking for a strap like this for awhile, trying to decide on different manufacturers products. I don't own a Black Rapid Strap, so I can't really compare it to the Custom SLR Air Strap. The main reason I chose the Air Strap was that it connected to the camera eyelets rather than to the tripod screw mount. My reason for not wanting to use the tripod screw mount was that I always have my battery grip attached to my camera. I felt that attaching the strap to the screw mount on the bottom of the battery grip might not be the safest solution by adding undo stress to the grip and having the camera hanging upside down. I am sure that BR has fully tested their product, and it is used by many photographers, so my concerns may be totally unwarranted. Call me paranoid, but this was my reasoning for deciding on the Air Strap. Yes, the material used to connect the Air Strap to the camera eyelets could fail too after prolonged usage, but at least this way it is connected at two points. The strap is very comfortable, lightweight, adjusts very easy, and is simple to use. So far I am very happy with the Air Strap.

[0.1 lb] You won't regret buying this piece! if you really wanna use a wide lens and avoid showing the tracks on frame, you must get one or two pieces. I use them very often on set and they're a favorite amongst the renters.

[0.1 lb] This has got to be the BEST camera strap that I have ever purchased and used in my 27 years as a professional photographer. I purchased 2 last weekend and I plan to purchase 2 more of these straps tomorrow Monday 9/16/19. These straps are strong, comfortable and not expensive. It is not complicated to use or wear and it serves its original purpose which is to comfortably hold the camera around the user's neck. I recommend this camera trap to ALL photographers whether they are beginners or pros.

Highly recommended. The only downside is that it doesn't look as elegant as the $100 leather strap on my Canon rangefinder. But cameras should be thought of as tools, not jewelry.
