A: No, it will be just a bit too small. The flash is about 3.1 wide. Times that by four, you will need at the smallest a bar that is 12.4.The rail is 12 inches and the flashes need more space.We do carry one that is 15 inchesAnd a tilt bracket needs to be very strong to hold 4 flashes. I suggest one like Manfrotto makes. And a longer stud for the adapter is better.

[15 A] I use this to run power to my lights and other equipment on set. It's great to have the outlets spaced out along the cord - it saves needing to daisy chain more extension cords just to position lights farther apart. The light-up sockets are dandy too, making them easy to find in the dark while not being so bright as to cast an unwanted glow on whatever you're shooting. These lights also help keep folks from tripping over the cord, which is a big plus for special events. The cord itself is heavy-duty and rugged. My only complaint might be that the cord weighs a ton but that's a small price to pay for the convenience. I would definitely recommend this cord to a friend. 5

[Yellow] Any cable is self-explanatory in the job it does, but not every cable does so in such a convenient fashion as the E-String Six Outlet. Its thick gauge ensures reliability through high-output loads, its spaced outlets allow for convenient setups, and the fact that the outlets are lighted makes setting up in the dark a breeze. Oh, and in case you are worried about the 20A connection, this cable happens to come with a 20-15A adapter, so no worries. Bottom Line: Heavy-duty and convenient, I wouldn't go to set without one. 5

[Thermoplastic] I have two of these for use in my lighting business, and will probably buy more. I will run one along the front of a stage so I can plug in multiple uplights (and give the band some power for pedal boards, fans, etc.), and/or string one along an overhead truss (with triple taps in each socket) to provide power to my LED PARs. This cord is very handy, and very heavy duty. The lights on each outlet are nice, not too bright, but bright enough to easily locate the outlet when it is buried in a mess of other cables on a stage. The only thing I don't like about this is that it comes with a 20A plug on it, requiring an adapter to plug into a 15A outlet (it comes with the adapter, so not too big a deal). Personally, I just chop off the plug and install a 15A plug so I don't have to worry about losing adapters. If you plug this into a 15A circuit, just remember to keep track of your total load, which you should be doing anyway even on a 20A circuit. So enough reading reviews, just buy this thing and enjoy stress-free power distribution. 5

[1 Tap] I needed a stage stringer for power along the back of stage. This multi-outlet extension cord was a perfect fit. It is a heavy duty cable with outlets evenly spaced at well placed intervals to provide power for an entire band. 5
