Q: 1. Can a tripod or water bottle be attached on the sides?

A: Yes, the Ruggard Outrigger 45 backpack side pockets can accommodate a regular size bottle of water.

Q: 2. Is the main compartment 2 zippers where you can access just the top part to get to your camera or one zipper that you have to unzip the whole panel to get to it at the top?

A: The lid has 2 zippers for its' 2 small compartments.The lid itself is opened by two zippers, (one on each side - 1 zipper would be a pain to deal with), to access all your camera(s) and lenses at one go. It is a great bag for the price.

Q: 3. can this arm be mounted on a Manfrotto tripod?

A: Yes it can! Screws right on and the quality and stability is excellent. Using it in a recipe development shoot as I write! Depending on the size and weight of your DLSR and lens, you may need a sandbag for a counterweight. A large bag of rice does nicely too!

Q: 4. Will this bag hold a Z9 with 500PF attached with room for a Z100-400 also?

A: No the bag does not have the interior height to hold a gripped camera body like the Nikon Z9 Mirrorless Camera.

Q: 5. Quantity. So, each pack comes with two complete kits? That is two for the back of the speakers, and two for the wall, a total of four pieces. Or is it simple a kit for one speaker?

A: This bracket is for one speaker. However, it is only sold in multiples of two. So you can buy them for 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.

Q: 6. Will this hold an Apple 15" laptop?

A: Sorry, this only good up to a 14" laptop.

Q: 7. Does the stated 11 lb weight limit apply to just the weight of the camera or is it the sum of the weights of the camera + counterweight?

A: The weight limit would apply to the camera and lens being mounted on the arm.

Q: 8. Does a Nikon AF Zoom-NIKKOR 80-200mm f/2.8D ED Lens fits ok???? or I need to go to a RUGGARD OUTRIGGER 65 Backpack

A: The interior base to height is about 14 inches. If you pull out all the interior foam separators the width at the base of the interior is about 10.5 inches and tapers to a curved top that is narrower. Depends on what camera you have it attached to and the full length/width of your lens plus camera body. I can fit a D750 with an f4 70-200 lens attached, plus a Nikon 5000 speedlight flash and a couple of gadgets inside with the separators still intact. But a battery pack etc would change the dynamics. I find the pack easy to wear and like the non-camera pockets for other items. I am a petite female so I don't know how long the straps go for a taller torso, but I wear it nearly all the way tightened so definitely some room to lenghten strap.

Q: 9. Can it hold a travel sized tripod on the side?

A: Hi--you can definitely carry a travel tripod on the outside of this pack.

Q: 10. How does this compare in terms of quality to a Manfrotto Befree or Manhattan backpack?

A: This is a very good quality backpack. I would not worry about that quality a=of this bag. I would loog more at the design and layout of the bag and see if it fits what you are looking for. This has a side access point for the camera which the others do not. It boils down to what you are looking for.

[Hardware] After years of using Mackie, QSC and EV speakers, I finally found a speaker that produces high quality, neutral sound with this RCF! These get very loud without any case resonance (an issue I've had with some plastic case models) 5

[Hardware] First pair were defective, but B&H immediatly took care of that. Second pair are so on the money and produce a brilliant and unexpected sound. They are being driven by an Onkyo A-5VL amp. Perfect setup for small homes, apartments and offices where you can get away with some occasional loudness :-) 5

[Hardware] I bought these speakers to replace satellite speakers that had broken cones. The sound quality is very good for the size of the speakers but the bass response is not very good as you would expect from such small speakers. I have a sub woofer connected as well and the low bass response from these speakers is not a problem. 5
