Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will this fit a gfx50r?

A: I'm sorry, no, I don't believe there is a replacement eyecup for the 50R, the 50S, yes, but not the R.

Q: 2. I own a Swarovski STS 80 and I have KA TLS 800 and I want to connect an M10 to this set up, would this adapter work for the purpose?

A: The Leica Digi-Adapter T2 for M Series Cameras will fit and will work with the additional purchase of the # KIT2LM adapter

Q: 3. Will this mount allow the Sigma FPL to fit onto a Leitz microscope phototube?

A: If your Leitz microscope phototube has M42 T-mount threads, then yes, the Leica T2 Digiscoping Adapter for T-Mount Cameras would allow you to connect the Sigma fp L Mirrorless Digital Camera on your microscope.

Q: 4. Does this adapter also work with the televid 77 spotting scope?

A: This product is merely a "T2" ring that allows you to connect a Leica M-series bayonet mount to a third-party lens with standard T2 thread or some sort of photographic accessory allowing you to attach the lens or accessory to a Leica M camera body. It does not mount to a Leica Televid. Years ago, Leica made an accessory, part # 42301 - SLR Photo Adapter for Leica Televid 77 / 62 that had T2 screw thread at the basal end (allowing mount of any camera body through use of T2 adapter). It replaced the eyepiece and converted the scope to an 800 mm, manual focus, fixed aperture telephoto lens. However these accessories were discontinued when these scopes were discontinued and replaced over a decade ago, so they are generally only found in the used market place. To mount an modern M with "live view" to an old Televid 77 you would need to find the 42301 somewhere AND use this T2 ring between the adapter and the camera body.

Q: 5. what do I need to attach the apo-televd to the Leica M240 and make into an 800mm lens? you were closed and could not use the 10% earth day. eugene

A: That adapter is specific for you to attach a Leica M series camera to one of these to spotting scopes, https://bhpho.to/2XWsYTZ And then you will need the eye piece.

Q: 6. will this fit an xt-20?

A: I do not think it will fit, however, there is a short video on you tube by Bjorn Sozumschein of an ocular adapter that may have been made by him. Look under T-T20 eyecup. Hope this helps.

Q: 7. I have a Fuji X-T2 with the Vertical Power Booster Grip...is this compatible with this or must it be attached directly to the camera base?

A: There is a different version of it that attached directly to the power grip base, which does NOT conform to this model.

Q: 8. Is the BXT2 Camera Base Plate comparable with Fujifilm XT-3 camera?

A: I'm sorry, no. There is one specific to the XT-3. the link is listed below; https://bhpho.to/2KrHxd9

Q: 9. Does this fit the iphone 15 pro max?

A: Yes, the NiSi IP-A Filter Holder for iPhone, (B&H # NISIIPA), is compatible with the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Q: 10. Can you use this with the phone in vertical orientation?

A: The SHAPE Friction Smartphone Clamp with Tripod & Cold Shoe Mount that is included in the SHAPE Vlogging Kit for iPhone can be rotated to vertical or horizontal.

[0.58 lb] I was blown away by the image quality of this unit. I’ve used 320 and 640 handheld units before as well as the top of the lineup Seek phone camera. The processing on the T2 is phenominal. The relatively large front lens is a huge plus too. The image from this rivals the better 320 cores I’ve used. The resolution isn’t as good, but for distance viewing what’s more important is handling noise. The Seek cannot handle noise at all. It turns to a blurry mess shortly even though it’s higher resolution. Even some of the standalone 320 units don’t process noise out as well, making the final picture harder to see.

The T2 processing cuts out the noise while keeping detail. The plain white hot/black hot modes do great to show detail in settings like neighborhoods while the highlight contrast mode makes animals/people stick out from the background significantly. Very helpful when trying to see if the warm thing is something the sun heated a bit or something living.

The phone holder fit both the camera and phone snugly without cranking down on the adjustments. The handle makes viewing much more stable than without, though it’s not required. Still, the stability matched to the zoom of the lens makes the handle a huge plus.

If you’re interested in trying thermal or have a use where having your phone out isn’t a problem, the T2 is the perfect low cost, high value unit. Others may be better for circuit board work or other niches, but for general outdoor activities the T2 Pro is the best bargain going.

[0.58 lb] RRS charges a premium and delivers. I was financially tapped out with the purchase of my XT2 and nearly purchased the Kirk L bracket but in the end went for the RRS as the bracket covers the entire bottom of the camera. No regrets, RRS makes the best. They're the most well thought out products in their realm on the market.

[350 mW] It is a simple accessory, but it shows the nice craftmanship that the brand is known for. Great for mounting a Nex camera on a telescope or a mirror lens on a tripod. The mirrorless camera is much lighter than any reflex and less prone to shaking, so this combination is great.

[0.58 lb] Great unit to see heat signatures of all kind. I have used it in house and the woods. The other night in complete darkness my dog was going crazy by the fence. I used it and seen a rabbit tantalizing him.

[350 mW] This is well thought out and engineered product. Great industrial design. Also, aesthetically pleasing, and it even makes the camera that it supports somehow more attractive. Easily attaches to tripod with appropriate connection.

[350 mW] The Kenko LCD Monitor Protection for the Fujifilm -T2 Camera is the best protection product that I have found.  It not only fits the X-T2 but the X-T1 and X-T3 or any 3 inch monitor.  It is well worth getting.
