[0.28 lb] I happened to be one of those people with really tiny ears ... and the Quiet Comfort Earbuds III Alternate Sizing Kit is just PERFECT for me! ... I use the x-small tips which make the earbuds fit perfectly and COMFORTABLY! The sound quality of the Earbuds II are without question amazing ... so, increasing the comfort level when I wear them was the only thing I needed to take them over the top. I LOVE these earbuds! 5

[PC, ABS] Although the ear buds come with three sizes it doesn't come with their extra large or the smallest size the make. If you need either of those sizes you'll need to purchase these in addition to what comes with their earbuds. Bose didn't have them in stock so I went ahead and purchased them here instead. Just the fit I needed. 5
