The Bright Tangerine Sliding Top Plate Sony VENICE VENICE 2set from Bright Tangerine Sliding Top Plate Sony VENICE VENICE 2provides accessory mounting via a top-mounted 15mm rod support and a sliding, quick release top cheese plate for your Sony VENICE or VENICE 2 camera. This top plate kit is comprised of a sliding top plate, an ARRI-standard dovetail plate, and a 15mm LWS rod bracket.

The top plate features multiple safety mechanisms for added peace of mind. The dovetails are secured in place using a 4mm Allen key, removing any levers that could get knocked while filming. A deadlock screw can also be engaged, fixing the dovetail in place for a completely rigid top plate.

The top plate also features multiple 1/4"-20 and anti-twist 3/8"-16 threads for accessories, with fixing points for the side plates on each side. The vertical position of the front 15mm LWS rod support can be adjusted to 15mm LWS or low mode for use with EVF mounts and lens motors.

A: Unfortunately no, the contact pad for the Outrigger Handle and Bright Tangerine does not have an additional contact loop. Check out Alvin's Cables for an affordable solution. [Aluminum] It doesn't even match wooden camera cage material as the material is too good. Really good quality and sturdy handle. Not to mention a nice design. Completely different from lower budget brand that makes me think I want to purchase only Arri or Bright tangerine rig set or accessories in the future. One thing I feel sorry about this handle is that I can't use with Komodo or C70 in the future as this is not nato rail handle and no way to mount 15mm rod clamp directly on to the handle like nato handle. Need some adapter or system to work universally. 5

[Aluminum] There are dozens of nato handles on the market but this BT Nato top handle has a solid build, easy tool free adjustment of the handle position. Features both 3/8-16 and 1/4-20 taps. The 3/8 holes also have Arri anti twist pin holes which is perfect for bolting on accessories. Great handle for any kit. 5

[Aluminum] I bought this for when my Komodo is on a gimbal and I can use my tilta nucleus to run/stop it. I like the fact that in a rush when switching setups I can just mount the outrigger handle on top and use that. Initially I didn't like how it looked/fit but in the end it's just for gimbal use and I think it works good for what it is. Would recommend. 5

[Aluminum] Works great with my V-Raptor s35!! At first it wasn't working for me. After several months of trouble shooting, my brand new RED V-Raptor s35 came with a defective chip. I sent it in and they replaced it. Surprisingly, this seems to be not uncommon from what I can tell from online inquiries. In sum, if it doesn't work for you, it's probably RED..... 5

[Aluminum] I have this R/S top plate on my Komodo as well as on my V-Raptor. On the Komodo I have the Mutiny Bolt-On V2 Micro record button connected to it, and on the Raptor I would use it to connect my Tilta right side handle with R/S button. Bright Tangerine is marketing this product as a Run/Stop Plate for Red Komodo, but works on the Red V-Raptor as well, without any issues. 5

[Aluminum] This is the lightweight solution we have all be waiting or for the Red Komodo. Well thought out, perfect placement and most importantly it features helicoil inserts so you know it will last. Keeps the system light and adds nato rails to the sides and top. After trying every komodo cage / rail market on the market, this seems like the best solution overall. 5
